Get in a caloric deficit, track your Macros on a daily (protein, carbs and fats) whenever you eat... it is essential you work out almost every day.. if you can’t try to 3x a week. Follow a good routine like push pull legs.. which means you work out your Chest Shoulders and Triceps for push... you work out your biceps and back for pull and legs well you get the point... be consistent and disciplined.. Is Cardio Important? No it is not.. but if you want to burn a few extra calories then go for it but Hiit Cardio is much more fun than running on a treadmill :) You can have a couple cheat meals then and there but don’t make that a daily each lots of proteinized food like chicken, tuna, eggs be creative.. you don’t need salads and shit like that to lose weight
I've done this too when I wan to lose weight I use a simpler routine almost water daily, I cut carbs I eat veggies protein and at least 1 or 2 tortillas every 2 days and you lose it too
@@Nochero trust me i know bro. I was able to drop 85+ lbs. in a span of 2 years. I worked out 6/7 days of the week, eating only lean proteins, 2 meals per day. Loosing weight is 70% diet, 30% working out. I know this guy is capping, or he had some of sort of weight loss supplement.
@@fccoz8348 i know your capping. U starved yourself. U have to eat more than 2 meals a day no matter your goals. Even if ur not capping, i know damn well u aint got no type of muscle with only eating 2 meals
@@7alanr Lol, no. His body isn't getting the nutrients is need from 1 meal a day ESPECIALLY with all of the working out he does. He's starving himself and there isnt another way to put it, if he fucks up and eats badly for a couple of days hes gonna gain all that weight back and super quick cause his metabolism is shit right now cause hes not eating. Hes better off getting on a strict macro diet and getting is macros in through a bunch of small meals throughout the day cause hes doing all the working out.

He capping, you may be able to do this for like a week at most but you will get burnt out.
