@@BradMillsOK 2011s spoiled me these don’t track like those I prefer iron sights on these and sometimes i conceal carry them so it shortens the height of course.

@@traviswest2546 I have two very custom Glocks and I almost never bring them out anymore for same reason. So much easier to carry a shield plus pc or my hellcat pro comp. I just put a prp trigger kit into the hellcat and it gives it a rolling break same as the TTI trigger kit for Glocks. Haven’t shot much through it but I had one in my original hellcat that I used over 6,000 rounds.

@@permanentlygrounded7770 I ended up selling both mine and my wife’s for this reason rust won’t stay off of it. Everyone blames the owner but sig warrantied both my barrels for free and replaced guided rods. The gun has a problem.

@Gunsfornewbies I love mine prob will just keep it because I'm nit recovering my money. my wife has the rainbow titanium slide p365x that she leaves in her purse. I work construction though and it breeds rust daily. starting to hit the slide. was just mags. but this finish is terrible on a 900+ gun. user error I think not oil this thing 4 times a week. it's just a shit finish. anyone that dosnt think so dosnt carry hard

I'm trying to decide if the metal is worth the extra cash what are your thoughts?

@@thewheeler231 I love the comp slide on the metal competitor frame. But I’ve shot the competitor for about a year. It fits my hands really well. Plus the sliver competitor frame with the black looks awesome (look good shoot good? Lol) I’d say go try to shoot them before you buy if you range rents anything

@@ddd910m4 fair enough! I’ve had several Springfields and love them but I just expected more out of it. I love the xdm elites and the hellcat series.

@@andyhsong the metal comp has a little more recoil than my competitor so results would be very similar.

@@awokeone7997 I shoot tighter groups with my staccato p on irons than any sig or M&p with any optic. So the argument is irrelevant. Sig is a little heavier but has a by far worse trigger. It’s all about what works for who’s shooting. None of this is meant to be how it will be for all people who pick up the same gun. It’s just what I’ve experienced first hand.

@Gunsfornewbies you can do whatever you want, it's your video but how can you compare a gun with an optic to another that has iron sights? It's not a fair comparison. Of course the Staccato P is going to shoot better. Way better trigger, tighter fitted, bull barrel, heavier, better sights (almost like a red dot). The sights on the M&P are fiber but they are wider than the Staccato P's.

@Gunsfornewbies brotha, you know what I mean about not being a fair comparison. You can always rely on a 1911/2011 gun being more accurate than a striker fire variant gun. Not trying to ish on you because I do enjoy your videos but let's keep it honest and fair.

@@Fox429 pay attention to eBay I’ve seen competitor upper for around that cost. Also gum broker has them from time to time.

@@SonsoftheRevolution1776 correct, the M&p trigger is very very good out of the box. Light break, definitive wall, and awesome reset. The reset on the sig could be miles better that’s really the only downfall but the fact you start over from the beginning isn’t what the industry is after. I will say that doesn’t bother me but I make these videos for newbies and if they like “good” triggers then hope this helps them.

@@SonsoftheRevolution1776 there are better triggers everyone familiar with different brands knows that. I’m just saying it’s great out of the box I never said it was the best.

@@marcustaylor3375 no they do not. You have the buy competitor mags for them to work with the magwell. I just really dislike the grip tool M&P come with so I get the magwell to erase that issue for me.

@@revvaddictz thank you! no plans as of yet for a better trigger I think they are amazing out of box. Floyd’s custom did port job. You just sent them the barrel and they cut and recoat.
