Glad you found it! I don’t recall there being a smell but it could just be from the packaging! It should go away in a day or two but definitely never had a lasting smell! Hope this helps!

Hi - this baby monitor is a non-wifi monitor so it’s only for in-home use! The benefit is it does not require a wifi connection to use it but you cannot have access to the cameras remotely from a phone. If you’re looking for a remote feed, I’d recommend looking at smart monitors! Hope this helps!

The Ellie Baby is a great option as well if you’re looking for a smart monitor! I’ve generally preferred non-wifi monitors but really depends on what features you want most!

Unfortunately, there aren’t any white noise sounds in the lullabies! I would recommend looking into a sound machine or for naps if you have an iPhone, there is an option to play background sounds under the accessibility settings! Hope this helps!

Hi! It is the same proprietary Newton material but it’s not exactly 3 crib mattresses put together. Sizing is different and the cover is different as well. Hope this helps!

Also, the wipe warmer was a purchase added later. It’s been really helpful as my baby is sensitive to temp. I’m glad we waited.

Hey Matt - I responded to your comment on my BM01 review and unfortunately, it doesn’t sound like it is compatible with the BM03. I actually had the same question. We do still use our BM01 but the picture of the BM03 is visibly clearer so it really comes down to whether you are willing to sacrifice better picture quality for some $$ savings! Hope this helps!

Hi! I have a separate video comparing the Ellie Baby against the Cubo but both are great! I do like the mount of the Cubo a little better than the arm of the Ellie but there’s no subscription fees with the Ellie which is a big plus! Hope this helps!

I would honestly say it’s probably a 7/10 on the noise scale when it’s at 100% power! Because it’s bladeless and has to push the air out, there is sound but it’s not a harsh sound that would keep your baby from sleeping or falling asleep, if that makes sense!

Seems like a white noise, I saw other family recommend it as well.
