RIP to the underrated Daveth. First impression of him was that of the usual sly rogue that probably aimed to serve his own interests. Instead he showed more backbone and willingness to adhere to honour and duty than that would-be knight Ser Jory (though his hesitation is undertstandable). "I'd sacrifice a lot more if I knew it would end the Blight."
This is where I remember all of my Bioware romances have ended with them being separated in some way. 😭
Blackwall/Thom is one of the best-developed characters in a Bioware game for me.
To all my brothers and sisters that made the Sacrifice end when lots of us couldn't. I command you.

Solas romance was the most beautifully romantically heartbreaking story of my life.
This is why I tend to drift towards elite and mysterious castes of warrior-monks compared to the typical money and glory hungry, politics driven factions in dark fantasy, even if seen as obsolete or in the case of the Witchers freaks, it doesn't bother me
Solas and fenris have one thing in common i can't ever force myself to romance them though have tried and failed multiple times I BLAME THE BLONDES AND BLACKWALL FOR THAT

This game was so wacky, but I still loved it and I love replaying it from time to time.
I always end up executing Anders, mainly the fact he's not the Anders we saw in Awakening. He took and twisted a Spirit of Justice and it became Vengeance, it was perverse and it led to him forcing the Mages to have to fight a war that could've been done better.
Anders was the only one that had the balls to do smth to try to change the oppression on the mages! Yes, he could have done it in a more subtle and less violent way, but the chantry was always covering up the tortures and violence the mages had to live through daily. He did the first step for a rebellion and for freedom. I'm only sorry how bad it could have been for him to have a vengeance spirit + the voices of darkspawn heared by all grey wardens, to handle together... And the best way to understand that is bringing him in the legacy dlc. Executing him is just stupid, in Kirkwall there was no way to obtain peace or change things peacefully, Meredith was too far gone and none was doing nothing to stop her.

@@spartanhuntergaming in that situation the only way to save the mages from abuses was something drastic. And the only woman that died in the incident wasn't helping at all. But ofc this act just backfired for the mages too. Would u call it terrorism if the Jews during WWII would explode a Nazi's base? I don't think so. And the situation of oppression there was very similar.
@@Kumihox94 True, most of it couldn't be avoided and most was caused by Knight Commander Meredith and her hatred, Grand Cleric Elthana didn't need to die though
@@spartanhuntergaming she didn't need to, but in that moment Anders, moved by the spirit inside him, didn't see another option. And i think that executing him for that is not fair. Every revolution has losses, but that doesn't mean they aren't required sometimes... So i understand not agreeing with him, but executing him is wrong.
