Donetsk client is not shutdown

only thing they needed to do was make the spawns a little more far away when trying to attack the hill with the guys who rotaded for it.

It never got C&D'd. The website provider shutdown the site due to "viruses in the software provided".

idk but it looks like they are doing the same thing the sm2 team did and it will lead them into another c&d from activishit , i mean the least thing they could have done was not announcing it at all and release it when finished as open source and by this activision cant do shit about it
