What food is that called ☺️??!
It is Nigerian soup made with wild seed. The seed is a powerful thickener you only need 2 or 3. The cassava ball is made from fermented cassava. Hope this helps.
No ice water shock to retain color and nutrient!? Served hot to over cook?
We like it served warm straight away and it does not change colour even when it cools down. I cook this 2 or times every week.

I love making pizza from scratch. I know what goes on it and decide quantity of cheese to use. I gives me control to make it as I want . I made this pizza using less cheese and it still super delicious This pizza was made with leftover roast chicken, Tomato paste cheddar cheese, mixed peppers, onions Mushroom Mozzarella
