what no one says is that Tumblety completely matches Elizabeth Long's description. who stated that the man she had seen in the company of Annie Chapman was over 40 years old, scruffy, a little taller than her, wearing a square-crowned hat and a dark coat. now, this description coincides perfectly with Tumblety, who among other things was described by the neighbors as a dirty, uncouth and unkempt boy. Having said this I affirm that Francis Tumblety is the man described by Elizabeth Long in the company of Annie Chapman. Francis Tumblety was Jack the Ripper
