Hello everyone! Wonderful evening!
Not old!!!! 😂 i will now just say "wiser"! I turn 49 this week so i would bet i am the old lady between you all! Great content. Love the lines of the county. And of course any new thought on the word search with hand granades segment. Gokd stuff.
Thank you!
Yeti ice chest, very insulated, then the Pelican with the chest in that.
how the heck is he gonna hid that?
Thumbs up before I even watch. Thanks for another video!
My thing is he has to put the treasure on "public" land.
Go Chad go!!
I wondered if the star gazing page on Unbreakable Thread had a clue?
A bit long on the chapter intro..
If you read about the female artist on the wrap of the book, she is from Boston.
All five boxes are hidden in grave yards.
The illustration being included is a bit weird. Especially since JCB is wearing a dress in it. Seems to be an AI generated image. But still, it wouldn't have been hard to tweak the prompt.
Jon has referred to this hunt as a "National Treasure" hunt in interviews. Where I'm from the phrase "National Treasure" often refers to a special, unique, or prominent individual. So it's my opinion that the Lion's Share clues are leading to a person NOT mentioned in the book, the missing key that ties everything together, and I have their name. Obviously I could be way off base, but given the crazy amount of connections of the name I have in relation to the book, I'm finding it very difficult to debunk this theory.
John said he hid it where he thought Forrest hid his treasure, so John knew the states in play for Forrest’s treasure therefore we know it’s in the 4 states
@ Forrest’s location is out. We know that location. But Jon hid his where he looked unsuccessfully for Forrest’s. That’s what the book says.
You can use chat gpt to decipher anything.
Hey guys...did anyone catch the way the symbol looks on the last page? Give it a look..it almost looks like a possible clue/map...circle is broken in a few spots...shovel and pick are missing some spots as well..im sure there is something to it..but don't know what
I doubt it's on St. Simons Island. Florida is very prone to hurricanes and flooding. St. Simons has a moderate to high chance of flooding, according to Google. If he planned on the Lion Share being hidden for 5-10 years, putting it in a moderate to high-risk place of flooding would be dumb as fuck. Additionally, analyzing the place with Google Earth, it would be a very bland swampy area to hide the most important treasure, imo. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I guess. Lastly, imo, one of the biggest clues JCB gave about the LS box was "Well, because I was clinging to some old perspective as ferociously as if I were a *lion atop a mountain* of decaying catnip" implying it's a mountainous trail.
I am wondering about hiding treasure on a reservation. I believe their laws say any artifacts found on the reservation over a hundred years old are their property. Would this include this hidden treasure? And if so eliminating reservations at least over here in the West, would eliminate a lot of area. Your thoughts!
I just got my book, so the 2nd printing. I do not have any lines on the calendar under the letters you are talking about. Also this book does not have the corrections in it, like the kindle version does.
St Simons’s island is an interesting idea. I just don’t think there is enough there. I would feel better if it was a part two box but with the lion share being the biggest box, it seems very unlikely to be in such a high populated area and on the coast of the country.
I understand that idea and some may disagree but right now I have AP in the North East, Pokémon in Central, Fenn and P&F in the West so South East for Lion Share could make sense. And it allows for much of Florida to be close to a box
@ what makes you think Pokemon is central?
I'm late to the party here but have you noticed that there is a page "missing". I don't have my note with me but I think it goes from 89, you turn the page and the page is numbered 91. It's not like they didn't put the number (Which happens for every last page of a chapter I think) no, they just skipped a page. Is that page hidden somewhere... Maybe those odd cuts out ? Is it a mistake ? who knows ?
So hear me out. I listened to that podcast by his friend. He talked about how he would etch onto paper old grave stones. So I mean, if they were childhood friends, were they both doing that? Do you think that he may have intentionally led us to a place or places that give us additional clues like a grave stone, perhaps? In one of his interviews, he said that one blink blink or some of the boxes can be found just by using the book alone. That implies to me that most, if not some, have to be solved, not just with the book.
Now that's a place I'd gladly pay for a trip and a picnic. I've been to jekyll Island. I didn't want to leave.
So you started a youvtube channel about a treasure hunt you didn't create. Does jcb give you information to put out to the public ? Are you hoping someone gives you information that helps with a box location? Are you just riding someone else's wave to start a youtube channel? Are you guys and girls searchers? I just dont understand why someone would start a youtube channel and talk about ideas that could give away the location of a treasure . Just curious have a great day.
Perhaps you didn’t read the book -
Ha haa, Brinn. I feel your pain on typing something all they way up and hitting the wrong button and poof gone!😢
The Apple Books description also currently says it is in the Rockies. I posted a screen shot in MW FF discord this morning. Great job y’all, enjoying your pods. ❤
Not sure why i am so focused on your videos. Well because they are awesome. You each keep it real and question eachother! I love your videos and ignore those "prominate" searchers. I really love your content. Of course i find myself in bryn who is more grounded and smart than me as i am the crazy type. But you three who banter publicly is awesome. If you want to cone on our show and i geek out to your dynamic, invitation is always open. You guys are awesome.
Interesting as always! As far as Amazon taking down the description of The Forrest Fenn ebook maybe it IS an important detail and was taken down for that reason!
What if a random person stumbles upon a box? And tells no one that they found it. They most likely wouldn’t own a copy of the book.
Pele is in word search hmm
“Canyon down” is what FF used in his poem
“Brown” in FF hunt was ‘Brown Trout’ Hi from a fellow Washingtonian!
I bout 12 books, I think...can't remember. Splotches and dots do not mesh between them. They were all first editions. I briefly looked at about 5 of them. To make sure that the white dots weren't stars and red splotches weren't clues. They were just printing splotches and dots. My first, clues debunked give away. I like your channel. Thanks for the ideas
I like the o idea!
The thing that struck me as odd from the very start of the chapter is the use of the word "bespoken" in the title. I know the word 'bespoke', but had never heard of bespoken. And even the three words together don't really make a lot of sense to me. There could be so many other titles to choose for this chapter. Unrelatedly, I didn't know about the snow globe with 'Boston' written on it. I would love if the treasure was near Boston because I live here!! 😄Funny that it's a snow globe. Makes me think of The Boston Globe, our city's newspaper. But I think the reason it says Boston is because I hear the illustrator is from here.
The illustrator of the children's book is from Boston. No surprise she'd use her local surroundings for inspiration for the illustrations.
re: the NJ airport Amelia Earhart flew into from Mexico City: It's now called Newark Liberty and was the major NYC metro area airport at the time of her flight. La Guardia and JFK hadn't been built yet... This statement in the book may or may not be important, but I don't think it's because of JCB's "choosing" a weird statement of airport name choices. It's equivalent to his statement of flying into Washington.
There is an ’S’ on the compass if you look with a good magnifying glass 👀
The uv sapphire picture is on the Arkenstone website, so I jon didn’t take it.
I already cut up a copy of the book! There's nothing! Don't ruin your book!
This old lady enjoys this podcast! I probably will never get boots on the ground but am thrilled to be involved somehow! Thanks!
I used UV light to check pages as well. There is area in upper Michigan where you find Yooper Stones with UV lights.
Did you find the white thread in the book? Just like in The Thrill of the Chase.
I am SO curious- what nm of flashlight did you use to check the pages? Can’t get enough of you guys!❤❤
she did not write "only baggage". look it up

Hey guys, love the content. The e-books seem to take apart your argument for overlays and buying another book to tear apart. JCB provides electronic books with separate chapters so people would have a fair chance for those that do not have the book. If you can’t find the treasure from the e-books that wouldn’t make any sense.
She was in WWI not WWII
He says the clues can be found in the text of the book … destroying the book seems too far fetched for me. And I’m a prettttty far fetched thinking lol
Will you be looking at the Unbreakable Thread book also? I can't figure that out.
