Its very interesting how much of a perfect inversion all-mer's story is of Jesus. Algiz's vengeance is exactly the messiah the hebrews of the time wanted, Judas wanted Jesus to subjugate the world for YHWH, and Kalev wanted the gentle all-mer to be the god of mercy and rejects this subjugation. I fall in and out of Christianity over my life as I struggle with the duality of the old testaments vengeful, even genocidal God and the new testament recording God begging for the forgiveness of His murderers. So far I've decided some unobservable metaphysical truth doesn't really matter, I'll just keep loving everyone (or at least trying to) and hope whatever creator is out there sees my efforts.

Very nice video but I disagree with some of your opinions 1: The visitors are a bioweapon, not an infected human. I think so because they have immense deformities and/or weird behavior which definitely couldn't be a result of radiation, also visitors are clearly not native to our planet or even related to human species as can be seen by them being able to not suffocate and not get fried while underground 2: Biology of visitors and their possible origin Visitors are most likely a life form that is very similar to plants when in it's "fetus" state. They are located underground as seeds dropped into our atmosphere by something else, quietly collecting nutrients and very slowly growing into bigger fetuses (receiving nutrients kinda like mushrooms do) so that when radiation hits(which I think is needed for their rapid development and growth) they can rapidly transform from a large fetus into a "human" being and begin fulfilling their instincts encoded in their genes. This also explains why they emerged right when the first solar flare hit 3: A little astronomy class Solar flares produce both radiation and heat, which is exactly why I believe that it's not just the radiation that's harming the real humans, besides that an average temperature during summer in eastern europe is 30-35°C, a 20-40°C increase in temperature when a solar flare this powerful hits is possible, besides that glaciers wouldn't melt immediately and still would take some time. 4: How visitors operate There are 2 major kinds of visitors so far 1: Doppelganger(passive hunter) 2: Active hunter (pale man) Explanation for 1: Passive hunters are relatively weaker and plentiful kind of visitors that exist to infiltrate humans and cause distrust and terror, they are the same level of strength/slightly stronger than humans and also posses a lot of intelligence and ability to sense other visitors (which explains why they only kill when theres 2 or more visitors in the house) just like active hunters they prefer more tactical and quiet approach. Also they exploit emotional human weakness to make people trust them (Utilizing pity and mercifulness to not get kicked out, Utilizing human greed as to not get kicked out, Utilizing human desire to have allies in their quest, etc.) Explanation for 2: Active hunter (like the pale man) is very resilient and powerful kind of visitor that exists to halt human operations(destroyed a group of soldiers and likely stopped FEMA from completing research) however it most likely relies on agility and stealth which explains why he doesn't want to break in when he knows there's people inside that could cause a lot of noise, and noisy approach isn't his prefered method of combat. (Also active hunters are possibly the superiors of visitors directing them, but I don't think so) Conclusion: Visitors are bioweapons that grow like seeds and require plenty of solar radiation to finish their growth, they are divided into 2 main groups of active and passive hunters, they also utilize human emotions and behavior to seem like friends, and they prefer stealth The likely temperature that resulted after solar flares is 50-70°C outside (idk the radiation level unfortunately) This took a while to write and if you have a correction or a suggestion let me know, have a great day

for the S ending timeline my thoughts go like this. The party finds the girl and a dead legarde. and proceed deeper into mahabre where they split up. Enki and darce go to through the city to secure knowledge, enki on the gods Darce on ressurection. Cahara, the girl and ragnavaldr slay monsters around the city until they are led to francois. they defeat him but none of them sit on the throne as ragnavaldr wishes to purge the dungeon and cahara made a promise to Nilvan. Cahara and Ragnavaldr part ways. Ragnavaldr goes on a rampage through the dungeon, while this is going on Enki had spoken with nosramus and sat on the throne and resisted its influence, coming to his senses he leaves the dungeon with new knowledge that he shares with the world. sometime between Enki's potential ascension, darce went back to legarde, ressurected him and brought him to the throne that was missing a new god, Legarde takes a seat and becomes the yellow king, with Darce bowing to him, living is obscurity until she eventually passed away. while cahara was making his way to the gauntlet Nash'rah had found it first, entered it and encountered the traces of grogoroth and got burned to ash. while everyone else completed their objectives and legarde ascended, Cahara had brought the girl to the depths and created the god of fear and hunger, and his S ending "happy ending" is the God of fear and hunger comforting him as she ends his suffering.

What does VA stand for?

The bodies in garbage bags are actually from guests murdering other guests within the house. Everyone has a bloody body when you shoot them. My theory is that there are no "visitors" well, at least in the alien sense. I believe that everyone you invite in IS a person but theyre all people that have reacted differently to crisis. Some take advantage and kill indiscriminately while some are just scared and seeking safety. I think the real villain is FEMA, spreading misinformation about these so called "visitors" and turning people against eachother. The game purposely makes you paranoid. I dont believe the perfect teeth or dirty finger nails actually mean anything at all. I think the game wants you to closely pay attention to which characters just want safety and which characters have a way of kinda talking in an undermining or creepy way. I feel that the game tries to make you make decisions based off of paranoia while abandoning your instincts and moral compass. Like I said, theres no visitors. Just people that fall on one side or another of the moral scale. Those who seek refuge and those who seek to take advantage of crisis in order to commit atrocities. Then theres also the ultra paranoid that kill in order to protect themselves which is what you, the main character kinda fall into. The game is more about kinda weeding out whos for themselves and whos not.

This makes a lot more sense than the “the visitors are vampires” theory. A government making a huge mistake and then trying to fix it without alerting the citizenry appropriately is super plausible. Great video

Hazmat suits can filter out chemicals and radioactive dust like the one the fema guy is wearing but unless it has a lead-lining it won't filter out ionising radiation (namely beta and gamma radiation. Alpha gets deflected by the skin).

I thought that the visitors were vampires. That’s why they would burn in the sun, need to be invited in, and blur in photos (like their reflection isn’t show).

There's actually another bad ending. If you murder too many of your tenants (both humans and visitors alike) - the rest of them will drove your out of your house after the last night out of fear and you will burn under the sun. So sun burn is VERY REAL. That's why you should probably complete game 3 or more times before making a lore or theory videos, no offence. But you are smarter than me in other regards because it never occurs to me that body bags means human and censored corpse means visitor. Also why should solar radiation disappear during the night? It's radiation after all - radiation doesn't vanish so easily, no? Although I'm not physist and I suppose developers are not physics either and this game story more of the mystical kind. I suspect they leave some details very vague intentionally and some answers we will never get - it's much creepier and darker that way.

This was a lot of fun to work on. Great synopsis and theory. Can't wait to collaborate more and see what's next.

You are uneducated and don't know how radiation is tamper with a photo. It's not refracted same as light. Instead it come through and damage everything on a photo. And it's not blurring, it noises instead.

If the visitors only kill you in large groups and don't seem to fight back when you pull a gun on them only a few feet away perhaps they're not purposely killing you? If they're radioactive and there's multiple inside your home maybe you just die from radiation poisoning, I know irl radiation poisoning takes way longer but in-game this might be the explanation. In addition in Book of Numbers 5:1 - 4 it's speaking of disease of the flesh, not of the spirit, the Lord is quarantining the sick from the healthy, as he does many times though the Bible, maybe that's not only alluding to FEMA being behind it, but rather the nature of the visitors being more akin to an infectious disease. In addition, it only says you've been mutilated by the visitors, mutilation is defined as "the infliction of serious damage on something" now most thoughts of mutilation come to mind in the physical and obvious, shredding and tearing of flesh, but to be irradiated is to be mutilated at your very level, your DNA unraveling, your cells bursting, mutating, just falling apart. The guest murdered you because they were a human who was mad, a murderer, you were mutilated physically, but the visitors? Unbeknownst to you and them they were poisoning you, tearing you apart from your very core, until you were nothing.

Your theory about radiation makes a lot of sense, considering what we know about visitors. 1. Cashier girl is implied to have been homeless when the cataclysm started. 2. Suit guy and beard guy are travelers who spend a lot of time outdoors. 3. Middle-aged lady was forced out of her lodgings by FEMA, which led to her being exposed. 4. Coat guy is always cold because he's sick, or (if the theory is to be believed, dead. 5. Amogus guy mentions being out in the sun when you first meet him. He says that it "feels good", so he probably didn't rush to find shelter. The only truly unanswerable questions are who egghead guy and the intruder are. Intruder is clearly a monster and egghead guy seems immune to what's going on. Rather than worry about survival, he's focused on philosophy. My guess is that the government attempted to raise the dead with an experiment that went wrong.
