Passionate about coaching & self-development, he’s made his mark in the UK & Europe where he has helped countless Coaches & Companies better their clients & teams. I wear many hats from educator, presenter, business person, athlete, yet ultimately I see myself as a coach/facilitator of change
WHATS YOUR WHY?
I could go with some really cool, deep, meaningful and self reflective answer, yet it is pretty simple! I just LOVE seeing the smile on someone’s face when they discover their WHY (their real why not just the first thing that pops out!) and then enjoy the process of supporting them in putting actions in place to reach the WHY (not the what!), helping them bypass negativity to a place of positivity.

I did cardio tennis for the first time today. I really enjoyed it. This looks like a good cardio tennis game. I like how they're rotating a player in.
Why is it dangerous to use yellow balls for triples?
