For over 30 years I have dedicated my life to the sport of cycling and the unwavering pursuit of being the best I could be within it. Bike racing as a professional taught me many life and training lessons that I am inspired to pass on to the global Spinning®/indoor cycling community. I believe that the journey of fitness can be much more than just a class or training session and Spinning provides a perfect environment for that.
