EPISODE #28 | PURCHASING A COZEY.CA COUCH
I'm back (again)! Sorry for the lack of updates. Life is getting in the way, and trust me, I've been super busy with DJing (voted best DJ in Moncton), my new job, and were waiting to finish the FINAL renovations on the house!
Anyway, this video is about our COZEY.CA couch that we just bought. After all the renovations on the main floor, we decided to ditch our sectional, and go with something a little more pleasing (and updated). Ordering from Cozey.ca is super simple, and their shipping times are great. With the success of things like mattress in a box, why not try a "couch in the box" that DOESN'T require a bunch of allan keys, or hours spent trying to put it together.
For one person, you can easily put this together in 30-40 mins WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY TOOLS. Everything you need to put this couch together comes in the box. Just follow the instructions and go!

EPISODE #27 | HOW IS THE CUB CADET XT1 LT42E IN CANADIAN WINTER?
Переглядів 4342 роки тому
Last year, our mower crapped out on us, so we decided to upgrade. We came across the Cub Cadet line, and fell in love with their XT1 LT42E. I took it out of the shed today, and it was PERFECT. I stored it at 80% charge, and took it out at 76%....

I believe you are thinking of the newer federal Prison just down the street. There are guard row houses there that date back to the late 1800’s. This small jail is in the town square, and what is now the village office was back then, the courthouse. A mere 10 second walk to their cells after sentencing.

People outbidding over thousands of dollars are making it impossible for first time home buyers in New Brunswick to be able to afford a home. It's scandalous. Rent subsidy applications should also be included to tenants moving into rental properties and apartments because this * boom * has been putting rent up 30% - 50% more than previous owners had charged. Boo.

    # 2 The Crime rate is actually scary!! One of the Safest place in Canada might be Quispamsis/Rothesay NB per population right Next Door is Saint john Ranked 47th worst City in Canada. NB also has some of the worst Crime stats in Canada per population in Moncton 40 worst city and Fredericton 26th worse city. Other Cities in NB all have Major crime.. It has only gotten worse with drug issues and biker gangs competing in this region. More so in the past 2 years. At least once a month we are hearing of gun crime issues and major drug seizures. Police blocking off roads and Surrounding neighborhoods. Most people are at home by 10 pm. There is little traffic on the road between 10pm and 6am.

    # 1 Big Adjustment. NB Is an Old Culture. It's like stepping back to the 17th century. It's natural Born here culture is Old French, English, Native . It's White.. Like really white culture. The Cities Might be Multicultural friendly but rural NB Is White. Like Really White and really Redreck! Get use to gun Culture. They have open gun seasons all year long for varying species. Hunting, fishing all year long. Snowmobile and Atv trails that people need a pass for like a ski hill. It is OLD USA Mixed with OLD Canada. Everything is Far apart!! If you don't have a car. It's terrible to get anywhere and the cost of living is not cheaper then other parts of Canada. It is actually more. Much More! Some housing is cheaper but there are reasons for that. Some buildings should have been bulldozed. There are still million dollar homes. Arg Price has grown to 340 000 and the People are less willing to sell now in the past 2 years. As there is little market changing. People have no where to go. So they are not selling there houses.

It's So annoying.. The Outsiders Speeding and stressing the rest of us local out.. Your going down the highway at 100 and someone flys by at 160.. two min later your at the same set of lights. Giving a Stern Look or them flipping you the bird. The Slow poke, Passing that person who thought they where getting a head of you. SLOW DOWN! and Pay attention to the lights. Red MEANS Stop in NB! Stop signs mean STOP! Bonus Everyone eventually hits a deer once or twice in there life.....Even in the cities.

We moved here 40 years ago from Toronto. It was getting too expensive to live there back then. I don't understand why people are staying there when they don't need to if they don't have a great job or if they are retired or on other fixed incomes. You don't have to move here but there are a lot of places outside of the city that are a lot less expensive. We never regretted moving here. My husband was from here and we raised our family and I think it was the best thing we did for ourselves. I live on the border so we feel lucky to be able to go back and forth easily. Not so much the last few years but getting back to normal again soon. I like your videos and hope you and your family enjoy living here as much as we have.
