As someone who lives 2-3 hours from NYC who produces club and electro/bloghouse style tracks, DJs the same style as The Dare, i became motivated by him recently. I'm trying to get on his level, since i'm doing something similar just on a much smaller scale in my local music scene. Not gonna lie though, it is sort of an 80/20 split between motivation and jealousy. Only because as someone who also loves and is heavily influenced by Ed Banger Records and those French artists, seeing him up there with Pedro Winter (Busy P) and SebastiAn, i get that feeling of "damn, that should be me". That's when the motivation kicks in and i continue to work on more music. I hope that slight jealousy becomes admiration soon enough. I don't wanna be a "rival", i want to collaborate with him and like minded people and just create together, have a good time doing it and sharing it with the world. It's refreshing to know he grew organically and figured out a way to reach a much bigger following for himself

Your interpretation of the album art is so cool, it always felt exactly like the music but I didn't get why until watching this. The combination of the bold color with the pixelated lower case letters does carry a lot of meaning. Also its science that lime-green/lime-yellow is the most attention grabbing color, it's why it's on a lot of emergency vehicles.

I love the remixes except So I and I might say something stupid. I also was never a fan od Apple so the remix isn’t my cup of tea either. I know lyrically they are great, I just don’t listen to such music and I always skip them.
