Riding and racing have been a passion for me since I was a kid. I have always tinkered with my rides making them look better, run better, ride better and go faster! Being a Machinist I found myself designing and building the cool parts I wanted. While making trick one off parts for a friend’s race car the idea to build shocks came up. At the time it was just to make his car better but we quickly realized that it could be much more than that.

That’s when Super Shox started back in 1997 to build shocks that increased grip and stability while being tough enough to handle the abuse of dirt track racing and last for many years by being durable and rebuildable. The first race wins came in 1998 since then racers have used Super Shox to win the most prestigious races of the sport along with thousands of local races and hundreds of championships on dirt and pavement tracks in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
