i love and hate watching actual british people react to spike and dru's accents lmao. lots of confusion, i see a lot of reactors who can't even tell if he's actually supposed to be english at the beginning thats how i know its bad. as an american i dont really know exactly whats wrong with it but ive heard enough british or australian actors doing weird off american accents to know the feeling.

Cressida is mainly a superficial bully who found her victim in our favourite wallflower. But the moment the Bridgertons came to her rescue, Pen had gotten under her skin. Cressida is super jealous that Pen is close to the Bridgertons, like she is one of them. She starts to copy Penelope's style & she literally moves onto her former friend & suitor, Lord Debling. I also have a feeling that Cressida had eyes on Colin (any Bridgertons, really) since season 1 (before the Prince arrived), but Colin rejected her & danced with Penelope, then in season 2, when Colin had to dance with Cressida to inquire & gain access to the fake Ruby necklace, she genuinely thought he was interested in her, only for Colin to grab Penelope's hand to drag her into private rooms & dance with her. Of course, she hates Penelope😂

Amazing actors, plot, dialogues. I love it all. Hard ending 💔. But it was probably stupid to expect otherwise... Thank you for your reaction! That ending was tacked on, like how did Julia and Ryan end up after saying he wasn’t gonna leave cate, how did cate and base get together I thought maybe he and Emma might get back together and who was kissing math. Just a lot of questions especially since a lot of drama at the end before the two years. Even after he said that to cate he would never leave her of course he was going to, I never believed he would stay soon knowing about the pregnancy he was already gone such disappointing I like him and cate together. After watching this series they are all liars and especially lux knowing what she went through awful, I just got a bit sick of her as she thought she was the only one with pain being quite insensitive about anyone else had crappy situations. Also her best friend literally threw her under the bus like she said she’d die for her best friend feel like just gave take the blame for her and not enjoying her new life with people who actually care for her. Not really a good friend until a couple episodes before it finished. Just my take

Hayley Atwell did a fabulous job as Diane. It’s different to the original of course but it’s no less impactful. Having someone who loves him but has a slight more distance and objectivity adds a lot of authority to what she says. The acting in this show is just perfection. I really hope this helps some people out there.
