Sa isang barko nasampahan ko yung equivalent ng 0 cm reading ng sounding at even keel ay nasa 10 tons ang value sa sounding table. Kapag nasa 1 meter naman ay less 2 tons lang. Imagine at even keel then off hire ang barko tapos ipa sunda ng charterer imbes na wala nang laman ang tanke ay nagkaroon pa tuloy ng 10 tons difference. Magbabayad pa tuloy yung owner sa excess ROB
