Clean air cooler from air side, overhaul turbo charger, look also the pump rack reading maybe big defference from other DG while on idle running condition, make sure the fuel injector valve in correct opening pressure during pressure test, check also the tappet clearance of intake and exhaust valves use correct clearance by using feeler gauge.
tanong ko lang po Sir pwde rin po ba tingnan yung camshaft door para makita yung fuel pump na naka firing position , that indicate both valves are closed and the piston in TDC ???? or pwde rin buksan pang confirm lang with respect to flywheel mark TDC's
