I am so sick of government corruption! I hate that we have these people in our senate and as a governor. Now Burgum has been picked as part of President Trump's administration. I hope this comes out, so he isn't confirmed.
Amazing what money will drive people to do
Bill Tuttle was never a teacher at the Dunseith School. He was an employee but not a certified teaching staff member.

My mom worked there and made them. Beanie Davis I believe was her her boss
If anyone believes that this community would be tied into the high level cover up at the levels this guys says need to examine their sanity. This guy is nuts and trying to stay out of jail for this and other schemes he has been involved I. Imagine a guy who had all those achievements before he got out of school and now has cut ties with his family. He is the one who need to be investigated
Everybody heard the story bud. Everybody involved shall be held accountable

Y’all are doing phenomenal work but I am praying for y’all’s safety. Government don’t play with these topics. Stay safe and stay truthful my friends
What happened to episode 2 of the Dunseith debacle? It just got pulled?
Hey Nathan, EP2 is going to be released tomorrow morning. Sorry for the delay
What happened to the new episode? I was watching and it just got pulled down?
Hi 👋
Oh and Bill Tuttle, now currently a teacher at the school in Dunseith.
State and Federal agencies love to use reservation and treaty land because they're sovereign nations within the US. Please don't put blame on our people, and Bill is not one of our people.
N.D has always been a big government socialist state when the economy is good they vote for big government Republicans when the banksters and politicians wreck the economy they vote socialist democrat it's two sides of the same coin I haven't voted for decades I leave it up to the big government socialist dependents to destroy america my conscience is clear
This was so intriguing. I am anxiously awaiting more of this story.
Keep talking about taking away property taxes, it just makes them want to add more taxes on.
Please do some research on Mr. Hoeffer and you will find some red flags in his past business dealings. Ask about his own investigation by the North Dakota chamber of commerce of misuse of funds.
1:07:30 North Dakotans largely are a conservative bunch that typically don’t like large amounts of change. Change comes naturally with time regardless, but typically seems like NoDaks don’t like anything drastic, and eliminating property tax for better or worse is pretty drastic.
Kyler -totally agree. It was a drastic move. I think it happened though because the people of ND have felt largely ignored by our state legislators. for the better part of 12 years property tax has been the biggest complaint in our state. They've had bill after bill brought to the floor of the legislature and can never get anything done. Meanwhile, all the residents in the largest cities continue to have their property tax increased. The cities continue to push their agenda and be increase taxes every year - either through mils or assessed value. It needs to end. Great point though!
Conservatives are nothing more than right wing socialists that depend on government subsidies if that is Conservative count me out
*Voters became apathetic due to an establishment administration overseeing tough economic times and were no longer cooped in their homes across the country in a pandemic* Rob: "See! Fraud happened!" 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Zach - Voter apathy isn't simply about an 'establishment administration' but also about frustration with policies that have expanded government power and limited economic freedom. During the pandemic, people saw firsthand how government mandates disrupted businesses, jobs, and personal freedoms. Many Americans felt powerless, watching as their communities and livelihoods were affected by lockdowns and restrictions that some believe went too far. Now, faced with high inflation and economic uncertainty, voters are understandably discouraged. So why wouldn't they show up for this election? Shouldn't we have seen more voters for the election cycle if what you said is true?
@FedupgenX You said it yourself. They're discouraged. Donald Trump did not provide a viable alternative to many. Just look at his totals. It nearly matches his total in 2020. He has a ceiling and he met that ceiling. The differences is apathy decreased turnout for Kamala Harris vs Biden in 2020. You also kind of ran into your own point on that. People were frustrated by what was going on. Donald Trump was the President. These elections come down to vibes, and when things aren't going well, the incumbent gets quashed. I'm not sure if this is Rob or not, but all I'll say is my only point in commenting is that to say it validated voter fraud is nonsense. It's not just nonsense, it's dangerous.
@FedupgenX You said it yourself. They're discouraged. Donald Trump did not provide a viable alternative to many. Just look at his totals. It nearly matches his total in 2020. Apathy drove a decreased turnout for the Democrat. They were the incumbent administration. People did not approve of the direction the country was headed, so they weren't motivated to turn out like they were in 2020. You kind of ran into that point, too. Yes, people were upset by what was happening in 2020. Donald Trump and Republicans were the incumbent party at the time. They voted for change. My only point in commenting is that it is nonsense for you to say it validates massive voter fraud. It's not only nonsense, it's dangerous. You need evidence to make that claim and you don't have any. Two anti-incumbent elections doesn't even remotely approach evidence of voter fraud. Signed as someone who searched hard myself, I even watched 12,000 Mules and took notes. There hasn't been a single compelling case made. Each claim made by Trump's team was thoroughly dismantled. Many of his attorneys were sanctioned for being frivolous with the courts and some were even disbarred after their lengths. Giuliani right now is being pursued for damages committed against two ordinary poll workers doing their jobs. It's not healthy for our country to elevate conspiracy without merit. What you posited lacked merit. It's a vibe you get and that's not how to reach bold claims.@@FedupgenX
@@zachrak9376 This is Rob - I get your point Zach. But you even if you say it's nonsense or dangerous - it's something that needs to be talked about. Because people at the national level are talking about it. And I'm not pointing to just one side...I think both sides pulled some BS in the 2020 election. While the 'discouraged' people could have stayed home, what I believe we saw was people who felt discouraged, marginalized etc - show up and vote for Trump, because they couldn't take it any longer. But there is no way - 20million people don't show up to vote, when both sides billed this election as "The election for our Country". Good discussion though!
Next time, by chance could Mr. Fuller explain the city employees reduction of wage increases?
BC - thank you for the comment. Are you referring to this years budget process where the "HYBRID" plan was used for city employee increases?
@@FedupgenX Yes
NO SHOUTOUT???
New subscriber here, I enjoy your show. It is very informative. Thank you for your service. Can you host a show with individuals that can tell us how these new measures or lack of measures affect us citizens?
Absolutely. We will work on that
We messed up here. I apologize.
Best breakfast burritos are either Son of a Brunch - if you can find where his truck is or Qdoba's breakfast burritos are pretty damn good too!
Great choices. We will definitely consider them
We saw where SAFETY over FREEDOM/PERSONAL CHOICE got us during COVID.....never again!
1:25:17 since why had we had to wait over 30+ to fix it? Sounds like a leech suckling from the taxpayers.
"If you lie to us (about federal reports), you should be fired". My mans out here thinking measuring these aspects of over 350,000,0000 people is simple lol. The irony with that statement is that these are career bureaucrats dedicated to tracking with the best intentions, evidenced by favorable reports under Trump, and that it is explicitly the goal of many former Trump administration officials to dismantle civil service protections and fire for political reasons. That will lead to actual fudging of numbers versus basis revisions that have been commonplace for decades because such data collection is.... freaking difficult, Rob.
Hey Zach thanks for the comment. I don't think the job is simple...but we've seen all administrations redact the numbers but never to the tune of 800,000 jobs in one year....that's a lie...same thing as the crime statistics the FBI put out...they lied to us to make appear that crime was down...and then quietly change the numbers to show the difference. If it wasn't a big deal...why don't they make major announcements when they adjust these numbers? Why would we be ok with 'career bureaucrats' trying their best....those are our tax dollars paying them, we don't need half measures and 'good attempts' - we need for our government to quit lying to the American people. If you owned this 'business' would you be ok with your employees making those mistakes? If you don't see that, I'm not sure what I, or anyone, could say to change your mind!
Can we redo the measure to not include businesses? No property taxes for residents but property taxes for businesses.
Very interesting discussion this morning. Yes, on Minot breakfast foods. Keep on with your investigation in Dunseith.
Alright, we are all in. We will have this breakfast food battles happening soon.
I have an event want Covered please
Awesome idea 💡 Johnathan love it. Yes 🙏 Please
Yup, vote NO on measure 4. After the resources trust fund is depleted, the State will go after our paychecks and quadruple our income taxes to make up the difference. You can’t avoid death and taxes.
Then we go after the politicians. They work for us, not for them to s the tax payers
Huh, I don't get it. Was somthing said.
What a high quality video. Great to see
I think you are incorrect about the general election in Pennsylvania. You can vote for any candidate regardless of party affiliation.
I believe you are right. In the primary there are limitations, in the General Election those should be lifted. Here is a link to some of PA's voting guidelines: www.pa.gov/en/agencies/vote/elections/types-of-elections.html
Excellent Hot Take, Brother Jonathan.
Are y’all serious? Just skip right over the Western Conference Champions. OKC??
Yeah, this take is a little extreme for sure. A few other teams will be knocking on that door including the Nuggets and OKC.
Why so echoey. You could do better.
It was echoey. We fixed it around the 6min mark. Sorry about that. We are constantly trying to improve.
Has anything ever gotten cheaper if you wait for it? 1954 was the last year that we had deflation. The rate of inflation has always gone up each year for 70 years.
Thank you for your comment. You raise a valid point about the persistent inflation we've experienced over the years. However, it's important to distinguish between typical inflation and hyperinflation. Over the past five years, we've observed price increases significantly exceeding the government's 2% inflation target. Additionally, we are competing with Fargo to complete a crucial flood control project, and there are limited resources available in our region. We've also seen bids rise by more than 35%-if we continue to accept such inflated proposals, do you believe the contractors will have any incentive to lower their bids? It is our responsibility to the community to approach flood control with fiscal prudence.
@@FedupgenX fair point. And thanks for the reply. My response would be that the bid process specifically prevents this. When a company gives a bid it is in their best interest to give the lowest bid that they can. Otherwise they will not win the bid. They can’t just sit back and raise the price because they feel like it. If they do that they will never win the bid. If they raise the price, it’s because they are passing on real costs to the entity that requested the bid. And it’s not like the cost of labor and supplies hasn’t gone up over the last five years. If the quote goes up by 30 percent, then it’s because that’s how much it costs. If you wait 5 more years the likelihood of you getting a cheaper bid is almost 0. The inflation over the last 5 years was 20 percent! Now it may not be another 20 in the next five years, but odds are that it’s going to go up. It might go down, but it never has in the last 70 years. Should we pay up now the fair market cost? Or should we wait and just pay more later while thousands of people may potentially lose their homes again, or at the very least pay a very high insurance rate that some can’t afford? I just don’t understand how you could think that prices would ever come down when they haven’t for 70 years. The council is making important decisions that affect people’s lives. I just want to make sure that they realize that this is not a game. This is not a stock market that you have a couple thousand bucks in and are risking it on a hunch. This is real and so are the consequences.
I would love to come on and talk the factual info regarding flood insurance, rating factors and zone map changes (impending). As a licensed professional in this field with extensive knowledge on this topic, It is dangerous to throw out comments that are not compete.
This measure is the worst idea ever and is the main reason I'll vote yes on measure 2
you must be a do nothing politician. As Governor Lepetomane once said, "We need to protect our phony baloney jobs."
@@rockhammer3297 sweet blazing saddles reference, but I'm not a politician of any kind. The idea that our state government will shrink by having a permanent commitment of 3 billion dollars is laughable. We're also going to reward counties that are overspending now by locking in that overspending as a constitutionally mandated floor. I'm sympathetic to the idea that property tax is immoral, but this measure may be the single worst possible way to get rid of it, especially because property tax could just come back using square footage, window count etc instead of valuation.
@@northdakotagamer - Any new taxes or fees would need to be voted on. I don't know a lot of elected officials willing to introduce new taxes or vote to raise taxes and fees around here. They would probably not last long. Estimates are between 2.3-3.15 billion over 2 years, not each year.
@@bifftannen1598 Would they each need to be voted on? Or could the state legislature simply pass some enabling legislation allowing county/local officials to simply to add fees for public services to water bills like they're allowed to assess property taxes now. And with term limits, there's even less benefit to being an elected official now, so there's less incentive for lawmakers to avoid upsetting their voter base. They won't last long anyway. Yes North Dakota budgets are done on a biennium, did I say otherwise?
@@northdakotagamer - No you didn't say otherwise. Just making sure you knew that in case you were someone who didn't. Pretty sure counties/locals can vote to raise fees and such now so nothing should change there. Even if there are term limits, someone can still serve 16 years in the legislature and 8 as Gov so that's still a pretty long time. If the measure fails, a legislator (can't remember his name) has a bill ready to go to have the state buy out the mills for school funding and it's supposed to reduce people's property taxes by 25-30% so that would be good. We've been promised the legislature would fix the issue before only to have them fail again and again. Tax based off the value at purchase would be 1 way to get away from constantly increasing taxes thru raises in assessments along with ending property taxes once the property is fully paid or once the owner turns 65. There are plenty of ideas out there to ease the burden on citizens
Such good information. Vote Yes on measure 4.
Kevin, we are not a Democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic!
It’s already been proven that if you legalize marijuana the cartels will come in and setup legal shops. So, it’s not like legalizing marijuana gets rid of bad people. Cartels are just businesses with bad PR firms.
