Any update on this? I have the exact same issue. I downloaded the Mac package for Screenconnect from CW's website but have not had luck getting to install.

@@vAwake Hello I managed to fix it by installing "Automate Control Center" on my normal desktop computer and used that instead of Automate on the browser. Once I was logged into the Client I attempted to remote into the Macbook which then will prompt you to send an installation request to that Macbook. On the Macbook now you will see the Connectwise screen appear after a delay. Follow the instructions and you should be good to go. If still no luck try looking into your permission settings on the Macbook "Screen Recording"

same here. were deploying agents for mac's and getting that for every single one

Open the RMM sofrware on a pc ( Automate Control Center). Select the mac you whant to control and open the control screee. In the lower left corner next to begin there is the connect Icon with the two screens, left click on that and select enable. After that you should be able to control the mac.

The fan now sits in our office as a tribute to the sacrifice it takes to make semi-entertaining UA-cam videos. It just blew, man. Not sure what caused the short. I am pretty sure a sensor was not picking up the proper metrics for the fan and the PSU committed sudoku. We DO NOT recommend you do that on your own and in fact, we should probably put a disclaimer in the beginning of the video. We've done other fan projects for our own computers but this is the first time one blew up.

Good question! I'm guessing we didn't do it because the fan mod eventually didn't work how we wanted it to. This video and others like it should not be followed. We explained this other videos in the series and sum it up in our recap video. Check that out for more info!

You guys are on the right track, but this is what I would change up. Create videos your target audience want to see. These are geared for my team. You want to create content for a biotech CFO who wants to hear about which technology will keep him from having a disaster. He lives in Florida and he has an office with 10 servers. A flood can occur, a hurricane is around the corner, what is he going to want to hear to avoid this disaster?

Idrac will give you this error since we fidgeted with the fans. There is no way to clear this error without reinstalling the original fans at their original configuration.
