Doing this made me go from 3 burpees 250 in 3 week
I've been on Level 3 for a while now, kinda plateaued there for a while now. I only did the navy seals, 100 for 20 minutes 4 times a week. I actually always skipped the six counts because I thought they weren't important. Jokes on me, now I'm realising that I've been training super one sided. my leg muscles and fat around my waist haven't changed much but my shoulders and arms are now huge. Gonna implement six counts from now on, starting tomorrow!
How come your biceps are so chiseled, is it also burpees only?

Something slightly different, a series building up to beginning level 1? For those with injuries (shoulder, knees etc), those who are older (Thrle Busy Grandads), or those who are carrying too much weight at the moment.
Best thing I did was drop back to 1c. Push for 2 was too hard.
Yesterday i did 95 seals PR,next week i need a 96 seals follow along please😅anyway,great channel,keeps me motivated,thank you.

Did my first busy dads 1B 10 count on Tuesday and would like to have a crack at the next level with timer
I would like a follow along video about 5 pump navy seal burpees and when we should do those intead of 3 pump navy seals. Also I can't do pullups and I agree that day a day would be good. What should I do in place of them if I can't do even one good pullup?

Did 40 with my stepson who just got back from Thailand. He was learning kickboxing there and actually felt this one.
I think a format for those level 1 and 2, is to do a corporation of 10, 15 to 25 reps in one session. I fluctuate between level 2 and 3 and recently have been playing with alternative count formats to achieve numbers - something like start with 25 reps first 8/9 mins to reach 90 or 100 reps, then second 10 mins utilize a mix of 10-15 reps.
I would love to have 250 six-counts in the 10 two minute sets of 5x5 format with timer.
When I saw the title of the video I thought this is my chance to ask for some Level 3 content - however upon watching it’s clear that you’re aiming for level 2 and below. It would be nice to get some Level 2 40 minutes sessions recorded if possible (no large blocks pls) - however I understand the priority is to fill in any gaps in the playlist. Hope you feel better soon - your content on this channel has transformed my fitness over the last 9 months. Thank you!
It’s just so limited.you’ll stagnate and just chasing numbers ,is that really important.I do hundreds of burpees week also heavy sand bag kettle bell cardio gym rings .it’s just a bit limited time at80 mins ain’t gonna cut it .I’ve trained for 44years

Greeting busy Max and busy dads everywhere. The resources you've provided on this channel are insane. In the 6C and Landmark playlists from 20 burpees to 275 there's landmarks for most multiples of 5. The biggest jumps are from 30 to 50 and then from 50 to 70 and nearly everything above that to 275 is in increments of 5 or 10. Maybe filling in those 30-50 / 50-75 ranges could help beginners?
I am a beginner to the program and have just reached triple digits in 6 counts. A video for every 10 checkpoint would be nice! (110,120,130,140...) as well as every 5 checkpoint for navy seals (40,45,50,55...) Thank you for sharing your knowledge and encouragement!

20 minutes is what makes this so great. Even when your busy, you can give 20 minutes to your strength. And that truly is all it takes
Thank you for your content max your Busy dad Training has helped me so much being a busy dad myself. I am in the best shape of my life at 34 using nothing but burpees and some chin ups. Having tried all sorts of methods your training keeps me consistent. The work you’re doing is changing life’s thank you. I would really appreciate a follow along video of you doing navy seals perhaps a 40 minute session with a larger volume number please. A video on diet please would be helpful I am careful with my food and don’t drink alcohol. My training is good but I lack discipline with my food. Thank you again. I hope you feel better soon.
More videos on your mass building program A video doing 4 counts would be good for beginners, because the day after 50+ push ups they are *sore*
I would really appreciate more follow along videos with timers, not only landmarks. Regular workouts with timers would really help

You'll find a bunch in the 6 count follow playlist! We already have 180, 185, and 190.
I know it's not a follow along request, but I think some of these ideas would be very interesting to know your perspective Max. The ideas: your philosophy behind burpee training, link between minimalism and burpee training, why burpees are a complete bodyweight movement (like the biomecanics behind it), benefits of doing burpees in other areas (such as sports or life itself), history of burpees. I know you already have videos where you talk about those topics, but it would be interesting specific videos about it. Idk, seems interesting to me to at least. As always, great content Max!!
Coaching with max has completelt changed my burpee game and has changed my life for the better in terms of fitness and wellness.

Way to go Max!! I have crawled back toward 100 navy seals. Had health issues that took me out of training for 3 weeks. I'm back at 70 today. I"ll be at 75 by next Friday. Keep knocking them out, sir! You inspire.
