Does your engine start well when it is 90 degrees warm? Warm up the engine, turn it off and then start it a few minutes later. if it starts well, it is probably due to the preheating system.

Thanks for answer. I have checked voltage on that cable is ok and distributed to plugs and plugs also functioning. When engine starts once then no problem with the restarting. Now Planning to control injectors and fuel return functioning properly or not.

@@savasaslanaga9790 did you also measure the resistance? when was the last time the diesel filter was changed? I would consider diesel return next. perhaps the diesel runs back when the engine has been standing for a long time and the engine always needs time to start until diesel is available.

@@Turboladerschaden If you mean plug resistance did not measured. Totally agree with your comment about diesel return. Casue, I am suspicious about filter actually almost 3 months ago fuel filter changed and some leakage occured in return pipe. So first thing to do tomorrow changing fuel filter (Mahle) and control somehow return pipe.

New Mahle Fuel filter solved the cold start problem. Meanwhile all injectors tested,glow plugs tested.

do you mean the led strip in the headlight?

@@abdulmohib8921 i'm not entirely sure, but the led strip is not an extra part of the headlight. unfortunately, it is a fixed part of the headlight. the whole headlight will probably have to be replaced :(. Unless you can solder new leds

@@Ercan4224 No, everything went well without anything breaking off. I would make sure that it is not too cold outside. At warmer temperatures, the plastic is more elastic and doesn't break so quickly.

@@castolo1919 the camber can be adjusted with the eccentric screws. There are 2 on each side

@castolo1919 Unfortunately, I'm not a professional when it comes to track adjustment. But the eccentric screw on the large wishbone, where the spring is located, adjusts the camber. The other eccentric screw on the smaller wishbone should be responsible for the toe adjustment to the front wheels. I hope it is reasonably understandable and the translator has translated it correctly 😅

@@Turboladerschaden Thanks men! Looking at forums and videos, it is as you say. I bought the upper arm on Amazon to replace it, the wear on the bushings is giving me negative camber.

@@castolo1919 that's great to hear. I only adjusted the eccentric bolts by eye as I had to replace all the wishbones and also had to saw the bolts to size. I had no choice but to have the track adjusted on a wheel alignment test bench. I wish you the best with your repair☺

@@Turboladerschaden Hi, I had a look and my oil filter is not in the same position as the duster you are working on. I have the 1.5 DCI blue. I think it may be accessed from the underside of the vehicle and not the same type of filter. Oscaro shows 2 totally different types of filter in the same list when I do a parts search.

@apaul13150 Hey, yes, that's possible. I also don't know why there are 2 versions although the engine should actually be the same. The engine in the video has the code K9K. What code does your engine have? You can find it in the vehicle documents.

@@Turboladerschaden Yea, I took off the protection plate under the engine, the oil filter is between the sump and the radiator. It is not the same screw on but one of those paper type filters. 100% there are two different engines they have used. Not sure if the one in your video is the 110 or 115 HP? @@apaul13150 I think you're better off with the oil filter under the car. I think it's easier to change than the one in the video :). The Duster in the video is one with 110Hp maybe the difference is that it is an automatic. thank you very much it always makes me happy when I can help people with the video.

@@talhaubaid1144 Hey, the outer screw should have the number 626172S000 and the inner screw 552603M000. The screws are for the wishbone at 15:00. I ordered everything from Autodoc, just enter these numbers in the search bar and you should find what you are looking for. Otherwise enter these numbers in Google. I hope I was able to help 😊✌️

To clarify how many of each bolt will need to change each of fhe arms shown at 15:00?

@@talhaubaid1144 If you change both wishbones, i.e. left and right, you will need 2 screws from each number. I think that you only need the inner bolt, which I also had to saw out in the video. the outer ones came out without any problems and could be reused.

@@chrischtoph7915 Hallo, ja das mit dem Ölmessstab ist wirklich nicht geschickt gelöst. Es ging mir gleich wie dir. Am besten eine weile warten das das größt mögliche Öl runterfliesen kann. Und dann sich nur an das Orientieren wo der stab wirklich zur gänze mit Öl umringt ist und die anderen Ölflecken ignorieren. Wie ist dir der Wechsel des Ölfilters gelungen? Der ist ja auch an einer wahnsinns Position 🙈

Thank you very much for your comment. Yes, there are some misunderstandings about the oil filling quantity. In the model shown, it was 4.5l to the maximum. What I forgot to show in this viedeo is to start the engine briefly, then wait briefly and then check the dipstick again and, if necessary, top up the oil.

@@Turboladerschaden exactly ! and this shows you are from "well trained old breed" that will always check the job done.....which is only correct by checking the dipstick ❤...my practice is to fill around 4.2 liters (roughly, judging by the canister marks)...which will be enough to around half way between min and max and than add more next day (morning, before first start)....and get it at about 3/4 or 4/5 of the whole min-max range.....that is how I was taught by my grandpa ❤
