Good job. The only thing I hate about this package is the prefabs and all the extra needless parts cause that annoying glitchy issue. I ended up deleting all of them and been slowly reducing the file getting rid of the extra and less detailed meshes.

@@Flippohoyyy turn on "Grid Snapping" and change the increment ammount to what you want. in the scene view its on of the top icons, it shows a grid.

You can hold "V" key with the move tool selected. Move your mouse to an edge and the handle will go to the closest edge of the mesh you have selected. Click the middle of the handle holding "V" and drag it towards another edge of another mesh to snap it.

Thanks. I haven't used Ue4 often, so I can't answer your question.
You can get better graphics in ue4 but you will need a high spec pc compared to unity.
