Correct me if I'm wrong but school leavers from the mid-80's onwards were forced onto Youth Opportunity Programs and Youth Training Schemes. The government paid us 15 quid for a 40 hour week and local businesses got a steady stream of free manual workers.

A mate got hold of a few hundred plastic barrels when Jacobs Crackers closed, and these were the barrels used to collect the breakages and scraps on the line. He buried his parent's house and garden in these things whilst he figured out a way to sell them as beer kits. This was the early 80's.

I suppose that I will get many arguments over what I am about to say. Firstly I have a leather belt that was made from one of the last Hides that came out of Harvie's Tannery Nantwich in 1972 that has been around my waist on and off for some fifty years plus a couple of leather jackets still being put on when the right occasion comes along. So to the point of this post I used quality hand cream on them all to keep them supple until E45 cream came along and now I use that.

My first job after leaving Brookfield school in Kirkby was in a wood factory called "Sensinwood" on the industrial estate...I was 16yrs old....got sacked after 6months for putting oil in the foremans carton of milk!....(me and my workmate thought it was worth it!)...Billy Singleton do you remember?...hahaha...I took home £4.50.....£2.50 to me Ma ...the rest was mine...I was loaded!...hahaha....that was way back in 1965....great days....

What an excellent vlog/film. I have just bought a backpack and didn’t know how to look after it - my fault cos I didn’t ask.... it’s tucked up safely in its dust bag and I’m so looking forward to using it once this horrible March weather has gone🤞 is like to see a video on how you choose your leathers - quality, thickness, colour & how the tanning and colour process is undertaken 😊

How about one covering and showing the possible customisations that can be done. I had a bag made with my tattoo embossed on it last year. Same font. It's amazing the different things that can be done to make each individual bag unique.

I have a number of gorgeous leather bags and found the video very interesting. One thing I have found is that bags I wear across the body tend to show rub signs (on the back) after some time and even lose some colour. I don't want to overdo it or spoil the natural ageing of the leather, a video to demo the best way to even out the natural colour of the leather would be very helpful. Thank you - love your products!

I'd love to see a video of how to actually apply these products to a bag. Seems basic but I'd prefer to know that I'm not using too much, too little, etc. Perhaps a close up sped-up video with a voiceover would work well. Thanks for all that you do and your lovely products!

Would Be fantastic to see a video of a bag being made from start to finish, showing how the leather is selected to how it’s cut and stitched together to how it is finished off and initial care products added. Great to see this channel Keith, well done.

I have one of your satchels and the quality is outstanding. As someone with an interest in leathercraft, is there a rule of thumb to the thickness or type of leather to use for a product, for example wallets or satchels? or is it personal preference? Thanks

Id love to see a bag drenched in rain and the transformation back to normal. I know this probably does not happen often but theres always a chance of a downpour when having my bag.

I'd love to see a video about the design process and maybe something about the history of the satchel. I'm absolutely loving my little festival satchel by the way! I plan on using it loads this summer and now I know how to take good care of it :D

Love, love, love your bags. Have one which I used frequently. How about videos on how to fix small problem which user will encounter with leather product such as water stain , ink stain, soy stain, cracking leather, fix loose thread on the stitching which user might encounter after using the bag for long. Would love to see behind the scene video on how each bag is made till the final product? Reviews video from long term user of your product from all walks of life and different profession.

Video linking the leathers journey from live animal- where it’s reared - conditions lifestyle to the finished product. Maybe it’s time for these products to use blockchain to allow the end consumer a visual insight to to the life cycle of the bag. R3 based in london could help with this.
