This is the beginning of the conveyor deck on the site. I will have to dig in the pile 4 feet wide and almost 2 feet thick. For 1/14 machines, that is a lot of dirt. I guess it will take me 4 weekends with 2 machines to get this part done. Then I'll put a loading dock.

We installed a second trommel. Dug out a section of 6 x 10 feet by 24 inches. Now making the road to go down to the loading section.

Just leveling the road as it had a good incline. Next step is some cement to keep it from being washed out by rain. Volco EC160, Cat 953C and the Arocs all at work.

New setup for the trommel and conveyor. Now 1/16 and 1/14 compatible. The conveyor now dumps directly into the trommel. The base is correctly adjusted for 1/16 and 1/14 excavators.

100% done with the machines except for cutting and placing the green section of carpet. It's a long video but it shows each step. Took about 4 hours and that includes manufacturing enough fine dirt via the trommel.

Moving dirt in order to place a retaining wall. It's also the spot that trailers will backup in order to dump dirt. I'm also testing a low cost 3d printed conveyor. See what works and what doesn't in order to make a final model.

Using the Komatsu PC270, CAT 953c and the Arocs 3348 to start the new trommel section on the site.

Heavy rain destroyed most of what we started for the construction site. Starting over but this time adding a passage for water to flow off the site and starting a new road. The excavator is digging where bricks will be laid to support the side of the road.

First time out for the Arocs 3348. Test just to make sure the truck works well.

We levelled the site with an excavator in order to let the water drain away. So here we are restarting the entire constuction site after 2 years of building. It will take another few years to get it to our liking but that's the fun of it !!
