Hi Shell!! God is definitely good because I was super excited when I received that phone call about Dr. C being the dentist to perform the extraction versus Dr. B. I gave God glory for about 15 minutes once I hung up with the assistant. LOL, on the NYC scene. @SheCanDoAllThings giiiiiiirl, YES!! I am soooooo happy to have that tooth put of my mouth. Now I'm on the healing journey, which is gonna take a full six months. Thanksgiving turned out great!! 😅 well said, and as a landscaper I can confirm, mowing is a good work out! One of our new guys brought a fit bit in and were averaging 16 miles on foot a day (which I never wanted to know) but at 42 I can say...still got my 6 pack 😅❤🤙

I get an extra workout because my property sits on an incline. 😏 And as you stated, with age... OMG, I thought I replied to your comment all ready. I do apologize for the delay. Thank you for sharing your experience with me. It's always nice to know that we are not alone and we're not crazy for feeling the emotion we experience caused by the trauma of a parent, etc. I too have had to distance myself from my mom and one of my siblings because of their manipulative and toxic behavior. But as time would pass, I'd forgive them, open the door again only to experience the same energy. It was a repetitive cycle that I honestly do not miss. Unfortunately, they have both transitioned from this side of life. Do I miss my mom and my sister, Yes. Do I miss their behavior, No. I too send you positive energy as you travel and continue to heal on this journey of peace in life.

Oooooooooh my dear friend. Even though it's a natural ting to become annoyed or upset when you realized someone has lied to you, in my case that trauma is DEEEEP. If you've ever noticed how one of my earlobes is darker than the other....that too is a traumatic reaction caused by my mom. That woman was something else, but through it all I still loved her. I Rielly do attempt to live my life with much love and light on a daily basis. 💛

Oh my, that sounds delicious!! I'm a big fan of grits with cheese as well. I just don't eat it that often because childbirth changed the way I digest cheese. I now need a soda when I eat cheese because it (the soda) helps to settle my stomach. LOL! I'm the same, I do my best to only drink water, but it's not always the case. However, I do get my 32 ounces of water in a day. Thanks again for your support to my content. 😍
