Yeah it’s easy to get lost in this game when you go out in space. It’s all fun and games until you try to make your way back to earth and realize that you don’t know how to get back. Which is something I really love about this game.

Space Engine doesn't put you in a body and let you superhero around the universe. It's a small thing but it adds a lot.

It's a game that was mostly developed by _one man._ And it weighs under a Gb. I'd rather take the Dr. Manhattan experience over the Superman experience.

Imagined a game like this with a space opera story narrative tone slapped on it hey a space buff men can dream am i right lol 😂 honestly there is only one other that did something similar to this in a sense and that is battle ship Yamato which honestly is the only other thing I can think of in entertainment that went so far out with space of the outer galactic 🌌.

It's because the game doesn't have much to do, like the previous commenter said. There are little to no mods- and after you finish the lackluster campaign, you have little else to do other than just wreak havoc on Earth with the same attacks and explore the universe wherein you'll find the same 5 types of planets.

@@mitchmat23 no there's multiple galaxies. In the game. Not universes. The universe contains galaxies. Galaxies contain stars. Stars have some solar systems. Solar systems have planets, some planets have moons.

But earth is special because it has land with cities with people in them
