Wow…Scout platoon CSC Company 1/7 Inf 3rd Bde 3rd ID Mec (1975-76) Aschaffenberg. 1976- duty of patrolling the Berlin Wall different ways for a time period, one of them as on the video, in a couple of jeeps armed with M-2 thru the American sector. Lot of germans stood at the side of the way, thanking us, waiving and/or shaking hands as we went by. It was patrol by choppers too. Day and night! Beautiful experience.
