It’s weird to me that they hear the shower prank story and instantly jump to ghosts. The far scarier idea is that someone could have access to their home. There have even been stories of strangers living in people’s attics and walls. If that place was a former factory, who knows what nooks and crannies there are to hide in. Further more, her seeing her partner’s face isn’t a weird aspect to the story as it was a quick moment and vision and memory aren’t exactly reliable. She very well could have expected to see her partner and so her brain could have filled in the blanks. This stranger could have also looked similar to her partner as well, which would only add to it. I just find it funny that they say the scariest part is it could be a demon when the even scarier possibility is that it’s a person with access to their home.

A scarier, more realistic reason for the shower prank... What if she's all sleep deprived, had water in her eyes, and saw her husband smile for just half a second, before leaving her closed in the dark.... What if it wasn't her husband that she saw? I would've been checking the doors and windows and turning every single light on in the house.... My mind would not immediately jump to "GHOST!"

Secret google account lady is secretly a shapeshifting alien trying to infiltrate human society, so she's using the ex as an example. Once the transformation is complete, she need only get rid of the real person. It culminates in a fight between the two and the guy gets confused on who is who and picks up the laser blaster that the impostor alien dropped in the battle. Both of them are acting exactly the same and he has to figure out who it is while they both plead for him to recognize her and shoot the other. Finally, one of them says, "Remember our first date? We went to that fancy Chinese hot pot restaurant and kept trying foods we had never tried before.... It may have been the spicy food, but my mouth wasn't the only thing that was ignited that night... It was my heart too... Even the tofu was spicy just looking in your eyes...." So, he shoots her and she morphs back into an alien as she dies.... Before the alien takes its last breath, he leans down and says, "She's allergic to soy, you bitch!" --And the real ex comes up and hugs him and then the harrowing experience causes them to trauma bond and they make up over their past hatred towards each other and all live happily ever after.... A month later, he's giving her a hug and a kiss as he's headed out for work and says, "Don't you be late!" and his now wife looks shocked and goes, "Oh, my god! I almost forgot! Get your school bag, honey! The bus will be here any second!" He responds, "I meant you! Today's the day they were planning the promotion!" She laughs, and he leaves smiling to himself over his happy family. The stepmom and daughter walk out the door as she almost forgets her keys. Just then the bus is pulling up and the daughter goes, "Bye, mom! I love youuuuu!" and hops on the bus. She smiles at the bus as it drives away, waving at her daughter waving back in the back window. Then the daughter, unnoticed, blinks sideways with her third eyelids, as she turns around and sits down. **dramatic horror music begins playing as she continues to wave at the bus as the camera rises to keep it in view over the trees, the rising, morning sun glinting in lens, and it fades to black**
