1. Do less cone drills. 2. Meditate. 3. Stop counting reps after you master a skill/ dynamic 4. Pass more time training and less time scrolling through the internet, except if it's a football-related video

Meditation doesn't help with skill-dependent flow state, my guy. Reps ARE the key, because one needs muscle memory to unlock flow state. You can't be consciously thinking about your actions too much to enter and remain in flow state, which is why muscle memory is crucial, and _skillful_ muscle memory only comes with quality reps. I agree it's a bad idea to count reps, though. Count is an arbitrary, much too mindful preoccupation, and anything like that inhibits flow state.

@@JonathanHuynh-l1f just like the other guy commented, it all depends on how much time your have. Some days might just be 30 minutes and other days might be 1 hour and 30 minutes. Also, for each drill I just go full focus for as long as I can until the quality starts dropping, then I rest a bit and go again
