The side mission is at the top right of map saying somone has shot a flare on the top of building. Talk to bane. Then go to any location on the map marked as a box (the canister you need) my person favorite spot is the side entrance to the steel mill right next to jokers Funland with the running water. Walk in look left blow it up walk out, rinse and repeat.
