I use Pine because it’s lightweight and the perpendicular end grains add a lot of structural integrity. You do need to get a high grade without knots in it. If you blow out a knot on a bevel that piece is waste.. The corners are just miters. You can add biscuits or dominos if you’re feeling fancy, but it is strong enough when the canvas is wrapped around it.

2 quick questions - wood of choice? Simple mitered corners or something more elaborate?

You might think you are doing a Botanical Garden Walking tour, but most of your views will be from people trying to get a feeling for the FX30 & the Sigma 18-55 combo :) and this was an excellent over view. Here's my issue with Ray Ban: I have purchased 3 pair of the Blue Clubmaster Blaze and each one has a totally different color shade, the first pair is darkish Blue mirror, 2nd pair is Light blue mirror, and last pair is Purple mirror. they are all real from Ray Ban, but only the dark blue pair hasn't been etched on the left side. I would expect a company as reputable as Ray Ban to at least be more consistent with their color shade. Each pair have the same exact serial number, size and model number. I also noticed that one pair has the brown plastic part that wraps around your ear, whereas the other 2 pair I have both have black plastic. If only I could send photo, you guys would be amazed how different they are.

Hi great info , I noticed you have a three trunk Adonidia that one of the trunk was cut down , I have the same three trunk Adonidia but would like to cut down one of them , so I can manage them better when I bring them in during the winter months , my question is will it hurt the plant ? I bought the new blaze aviators that were supposed to arrive today and my order status changed to 'available soon'. I'm slightly pissed off now, especially since I'm leaving country next week and ray ban isn't answering...

I ordered a pair and they came chipped around the lens. I took them back to the store to exchange them for another pair but every pair they had were chipped also. I ordered a second pair and guess what? They came in and were also chipped. Ray bans is not doing a proper quality check on these glasses and I feel a lot of people will be returning there shades just as I am.

Great sunglasses if you want to stand out but you have to be very careful with them because if you drop them they are done.I bought them from Rayban official site but they couldn't even sent them in perfect condition.Lenses edges were damaged.I arraged replacement and those were damaged ass well 😀Simillar damages on lenses but in different places.People who checks for quality need some pair of glasses themselves or they just have butterfingers or that's just manufacturing error.So yeah I am sending them back once again and asking for refund 😀My suggestion would be to buy them from store and check them carefully.
