What is an INDEFLATE?
Переглядів 387Рік тому
The INDEFLATE is one of our favourite pieces of gear that we pack when we head out. Why? Well because it halves the time required to inflate or deflate tyres, and when you have large all terrain or mud tyres that can take a long time.

Great Video! What wire size are you using? Going to order my parts now so I have and ready to install when the garage isn't 120 degrees. Any cocnerns if you are plugged into the all sources at once drawing too much power?

Thank this is awesome. Do you worry about using a brass fitting on a different metal housing? I kind of remember different metals interact without one another and can cause corrosion. Not sure what metal react with what though. Maybe the reaction is very slow and minuscule. Just asking cause I am definitely going to do thins.

I did this to my 2005 4-Runner, the breather was crusted shut. I got it just in time I guess because there was a fair amount of pressure release when I disconnected the old one. These breather’s are one-way valves though, meant for pressure release. Nothing should be getting into it anyway. It doesn’t suck anything. So I understand. But it will corrode shut over time.

Very helpful vid in understanding how to get to the dash switch wiring. Use a Scanstrut cable gland for roof penetrations. I'm replacing the OEM rack with a Sherpa Fuji and there is a perfect space next to the forward tower and behind the fairing for the gland. Will be practically invisible from view and waterproof.

@@Bambotb Haha you have no clue about Africa. You can easily selfdrive in the wild where lions and leopards live. Just follow some basic rules and your fine. @BlackOverland did everything right. Kept the respect for the lion and he will do nothing to you. Especially on a rooftoptent. Lovely footage btw! The roar must have felt amazing indeed! And the light is fine. Redlight is normally better for the lion but white light is fine.

I’ve seen / heard that they don’t recommend taking a 4x4 trailer up there? Is this true? Or do they mean normal caravans? I have a bushwakka… I don’t see my FJ battling to pull it up there…. Your thoughts 💭? Thanks legend.

the light doesn't bother the lion, they have rod cells in their eyes and not cone cells like us. That's why he is not squinting when you shine the light on him.
