I was under pressure as i had to get it done the same day and tried to do it as fast as i could while doing a clean and professional job. I am an Ameteur as i've only been doing this for just over a year so i am still leaning. Hope you enjoy.

That glue amount is absolutely unreal...

New ps5 jet engine sound confirmed?!
I bought mine recently for about 220 and I had a very similar issue and my disc drive does exactly what yours did here but mine still won’t take disc and I’m not sure what to do since everything seems intact. Maybe I guys need to search it again
My problem is not with the pin, it's with the speaker that is beside the pin that you have already removed, I put it back but I can't hear the sound, can you help me please?
How did you remove the speaker? I'm trying swap between 2 controllers. Controller 1 has no Right-Dpad function and a working speaker. Controller 2 has no speaker and a working Right-Dpad lol. I'm moving my good speaker to my good controller (P)
Hahaha thanks for that. My ps5 start make sound i think is the gear or this piece stuck.. i will wait until this happen again and try fix. Thank god the possibles peoblems is simple

😢 such a shame. Need like epoxy or to clamp it down with bolts and nuts
Thanks. Yeah it is. I have melted the motor down now and it's much stable. If it snaps in the future, I'll do the nuts and bolt method along with the epoxy.
@@AndyTriesFixing you can also use baking soda and super G korean glue, it will harden like epoxy

Is the replacement part a used one or one you bought? Curious tbh if you’d be able to replace it with one that that isn’t from an Xbox port
Hey. It was a brand new replacement part. You can always take off the HDMI out port (next to HDMI in) and use that if you didn't want to buy a port. I've never known anyone to use that port anyway 😕.
@@AndyTriesFixing The curiosity had me going honestly, cause technically I believe the One S’s are 2.0 HDMI to like 2.4 or sumthin like that, and honestly I was thinking if that would work save money and a lil time but not sure if it could mess the motherboard or trick it into thinking it doesn’t have an HDMI
