Look, you gotta start somewhere. I prepared three different Louisiana-style dishes from Marcelle Bienvenu's cookbook "Who's Your Mama, Are You Catholic, And Can You Make a Roux?" and strung the videos together. It looks bad and sounds worse but I'm dipping my toes into the longform thing so give me credit for that at least.
