Excellent video,there isn’t to many videos about the Nullarbor so it’s great to finally see one. Reminds me of the awesome family holidays I used to go on up the NSW coast in the 1980s. It’s certainly a strange part of the world in the Nullarbor,they say the aliens are attracted to the straight road. Who really knows anyway it’s just good to have seen your video cheers from Victoria

My advice. Just go the opposite way you've been recommended or always hear.about. For the real Australia and real Australians just head doen the road unknown with no sign posts. You'll be treated like a friend and not a tourist with money.

i met some Germans in WA back in the early 90's, in my travels that have not yet ended. They said to me , in Europe we drive for four days we go through five countries, in WA we drive for five days, we still in same state.

I've lived in WA for 60yrs and I've yet to see it all. It's huge.

You chose to get married and have all that responsibility though….. that’s why I don’t choose that lifestyle. It’s a lot easier be self sufficient. I’m not going to go to work and then be a maid for everyone at home.

Just a heads up, contained camp fires are permitted at Swimcart in the winter months. All PWS managed reserves and parks throughout Tasmania have fire restrictions in the warmer months, including Cockle Creek.

Another great spot if you are looking for a caravan park is the Ingenia CP. If you are coming from Melbourne its the left before you cross over the bridge. right on the river, big sites and open spaces. highly recommended. Its better known as 'Time Out'.
