Same music used when Bill was killed by Villanelle in season one. I actually got choked up before Konstantin screamed for help from Villanelle. He was my favorite in the show, and I simply did not want to see him go out like that, nor did I expect the scream for help. Powerful.

Frankly, if they weren’t going to review the other members of the 12, then they should’ve saved this for the final episode. Maybe then the finale would’ve been less disappointing. Personally I could’ve accepted SPOILER ALERT 🚨 🚨 villanelle’s death. But I think we needed an epilogue if that was how it was going to end. I suppose to having that just dropped in our lap.

I am surprised GB gov hasn't decided to block it on Netflix in UK. It is like making a massive joke of job of MI6 showing them as a bunch of amateurs and idiots. More and more movies and series which are supposed to show strong women characters, but instead show them as a silly,hormonal girls.

😢 I understand why people would find this cruel and dark. However, she thinks differently than everyone else so in her mind she was granting the kid mercy and an escape from his sorrow. Its the same reason why she killed her mother. She tried to get through to her but it was clear her mom was still hateful and was starting to treat her little brother the way she had treated Villanelle. Killing her mother was wrong but she felt it was the best thing to do for her little brother. Her perception of grace and mercy is different than most people but in both cases she meant well.

The amazing thing about the death of this show is that it will be the birth of Jodie Comer.

It's amazing. As much of centerpiece Jodie Comer is or the character of Villanelle or even the relationship itself, I just realized you actually fall in love with the show. The story! The writing. The set! Konstantin. The murders. The breathtakingly intimate moments. I don't care to see Comer in anything else right now not because I can't see that she's absolutely phenomenal but because it's actually not about her. It's about the whole damn show. Last night, I watched a snippet of them talking about location and I wanted to cry. The thought that's gone into everything is passion coming to life. That's what the characters are about, that's what the show actually is and that is on some level what people want most deeply. The show, I'm in love with the show.

A lot of these scenes are so funny, or moving, in retrospect and isolation. Like the crocs. Or the AA scene. I know what it's going for when I watch the show but in retrospect, as an isolated scene, I almost wanted to cry in the break room. Just that concentrated moment, it's almost clearer, at least for me, what it is.

Jodie running into that car is so hilarious to me. She really does seem like such a deeply elegant but hilarious woman. "Stickers."

The tragedy of this love story broke my heart into a million pieces. I just finished a Netflix watch and im still shook. They had such incredible chemistry and I just loved the show. I think having watched it all at once i didnt have the same "season 1 was x,y,z and season 2 was not so good." It was like one long season. And while I am heartbroken at the way it ended, I dont think it could have ended in any other way.

The worst part for me is that they didn’t kissed for real. The way I see the scene is villanelle wishing it to happen as she looks at Eve in the camper van look a 2.11 to me the lips biting is because she wishes it to happen. If it had happened I don’t think that Eve’s behaviour would be just looking at the road kinda bored. And this theory makes even more sense when villanelle reaches for Eve’s hand in order to kiss her in the boat. I mean… that kiss was so quick and spontaneous that it almost feels like v wanted to kiss her one time before fighting the 12th.

No wonder America is so sick.

I just watched this whole series this weekend and I swear I could do it again.

The way Villanelle knows she's listening, and even says "Good morning." So much of the intimacy of their dynamic is in "knowing" each other.

Villanelle is the solution

Little things about this show make it so charming like Helene farting on the bed or Eve throwing that knife in the saddest way possible.

Jodie Comer's expressions are always so layered and incisive. You can see the bettayal, the jealousy, wanting her to watch, everything.

People generally find heartless psychopaths delivered in a protagonist light to be fascinating characters. They're badasses and yadda yada, you aren't truly thinking about the morality of it in a real way. This show does a particularly good job of making her an object of fascination, charming and entertaining, and I think her character really is solidified by the spark between her and Eve. There's one line later in the show where Villanelle says, "Don't forget I make you interesting," and in some ways that's true but Villanelle becomes an infinitely less interesting character when Eve isn't trying on her dress, when Villanelle isn't breaking in for dinner, when not challenged in her humanity, when she doesn't form elaborate plots just to be close to Eve so briefly but not seen. That PASSION is the heartbeat of the show. Their relationship is so present in every scene you hardly notice how infrequently they actually interact, and THAT makes Villanelle interesting.

Season 1 villainelle is everything

I'm almost mad at the characters for trapping themselves on a boat and then going full Titanic after the final massacre, and not being smart enough to know they were being led by the nose.

I don't know how I missed the last couple episodes the first time but that ending hurt my whole entire feelings.

I remember when Jodi and Sandra were like, "It's not a gay show." This might have been an interview after only season 1 while I was 3 seasons deep but still, the tension is just written into the script. It's interesting to think about a narrative having an organic direction that's not completely clear to a writer, though.

I must not have watched the last season or totally forgot because I don't remember any of this.
