Simon Heffer Compares Jeremy Corbyn to Hitler.
Переглядів 506Рік тому
Daily Mail journalist Simon Heffer utters absurd and disgusting lies about Jeremy Corbyn prior to the 2019 General Election on LBC Radio. Regardless of constant denials that UK media exaggerated and "dramatically overstated..." the number of cases of antisemitism within the party, there is a wealth of material proving just that. Next time someone tells you that Anti-Semitism in Labour was not o...

    Two intelligent people hilariously making fools of themselves by behaving like feuding kids. As others have pointed out, John and Gloria both threw strong home truths at each other.

    This journalist can’t accept the fact that the times have changed and is shocked that peace activists like John are standing up instead of toeing the line and surrendering to the status quo.

  • @leokneedus

    He spoke up when many people didn’t, including the other Beatles. And he gets criticized because he ‘didn’t do enough’ or whatever. He doesn’t owe this snobby reporter or anyone else a damn thing. He could have sat at home, ignored the entire war, and never had any of these conversations in the first place. It’s crazy how people who essentially want the same thing argue with each other, comparing who’s more committed, as if it’s some kind of competition.

    I always wished that John Lennon was a good person, but I always feared that he wasn't. This is just another one of his attempts to puff himself up in order to appear intimidating. Emerson is absolutely right. He is vulgar and self-aggrandizing, and he advocated John Lennon before peace.

    • @leokneedus
      @leokneedus 11 днів тому

      John Lennon, the author of "All You Need is Love," trying to appear intimidating? You clearly know nothing about him. As for Emerson, she was just another condescending snob. Who else would argue so fiercely with someone who wants exactly the same thing?

    • @simonthomsen8578
      @simonthomsen8578 11 днів тому

      @@leokneedus If you know anything about John Lennon, how can you ignore his aggressive behavior as part of his personality, considering he beat his wife and beat people to near death just for annoying him? If you watch all the clips of John claiming that albums and songs from other beatles members were "crap," "sh*t," "garbage" etc., and him trying to take credit for songs that even friends of his admit that Paul wrote, it becomes quite clear that John really only cared about his own greatness image. Emerson was a field journalist, writing articles, reports, and books from the war zones themselves. Claiming that she was closer to the war than Lennon ever was is not controversial, meaning that she wasn't a removed snob. He's the author of "All you need is love." Stalin wrote love poems. So what? She argues fiercely with him because she believed his peace songs shouldn't be jolly, because if protests become too jolly and happy the protesters lose interest in solving the problem they are there for, and they all get together in middle class, cozy gatherings that has nothing to do with genuine empathy for the real suffering of victims. Arguing fiercely that Lennon doesn't take protesting seriously enough is the opposite of snobbery. Only by being serious about the cause can we change it and maintain empathy and focus.

    So I was born in 1990. My parents were huge Beatles fans. They were born in 59 and 60 been together since ninth grade in high school so they were huge fans. So I’ve grown up around listening to the Beatles and then Paul McCartney and Lennon. My dad used to always say, nothing nice about her and after seeing the way she sits there and kinda knows she has his mind in her control goes to show me he was right. She is a fucking Cunt.

    John would NEVER have moved to the USA to live it was purely Yoko's decree that he did that , she lived in NY before meeting him that was key to him eventually being murdered IF only he did not move there he would still be alive and the World lost a bonafide LEGEND who was totally irreplaceable compounding the tragedy

    Celebrities should just stay out of these issues and do what they do best. I remember an interview with Elvis where they asked him about his opinion of the Vietnam war. He said 'Honey, I'm just an entertainer so I prefer to keep my opinions on controversial topics to myself.' That's how Lennon handled things until Yoko got involved.

Celebrities are famous because of the millions of people who support them from different parts of the world. Being vocal about wars is the least you could do as someone influential. And John Lennon was one of them. Bless his soul
