1st Video/ moto vlog. Was riding around then started rambling a bit about myself lol currently working on removing the wind noise and static from the mic which I might go for wireless tbh.
I might me late but I've been wondering what is that IMMACULATE exaust?? V&H Twin Staggered? or Cobra Longs?
Music to my ears ahhh 😊
Just my first bike at 55!!! Yes it is a 2008 Volcan with less than 5700 miles on it! ❤ I got my license in my early 30’s and never got a bike…..I paid $1800 for mine, no dents dings, never been dropped and was garage kept….it was the best investment of my adult life! Beautiful bike and great video!
@@IAMAYESHAJAE Congratulations! Better late than never😎 and that's a smoking DEAL even I would've bought it😂 Thank You Ayesha and ride safe out there ✌️
@ Thank you 🙏 and be safe as well ✌️
Makes me miss my Vulcan, and Vegas. I was stationed at Nellis.
muy buena moto
The way those cars acted when the ambulance was trying to get through the intersection was pretty sad.
👍, What kind of exhaust, Cobra?
@@Sj-kg4hd Yes full length
In Germany we say „Geil“
That stock exhaust?
@@SenditATVSBIKESSLEDS no it's a cobra long full length exhaust, with the baffles removed.
I'm 54 do you think is a good first bike for an old fat bald belly Italian 😂 thanks
Absolutely!!! I'm a big guy myself and it was really comfy. The only thing needed was an upgraded seat which I went with the saddlemen solo explorer. And that motorcycle isn't going to care how much you weigh and is still nimble enough to move around. And still looks like a big bike!
Thank you Steve I appreciate it ride safe god bless 😊
This engine sounds very good! I like it ☺️
Beautiful bike, definitely on my wishlist 😊👍
Handlebar looks so wild to me, but I'm just on a wee Honda Rebel 300 - I saw your Vulcan 900 videos, and definitely can't wait to get mine. Ride on ~ All the best!
Killer ride man! I want to get one as my first bike! I know people usually say go lower, but I dont have a ton of money and do not want to buy something that I wil grow out of in one season or less. I have seen a lot of people say that it shakes a lot on the highway. Has this been your experience?
@sleezy5914 Thanks dude! This is a GREAT first bike for beginners to even experienced riders that everyone would honestly enjoy. In the 900cc cruiser class this was my FAVORITE and why I bought it after doing research. It doesn't shake, it just gets buzzy a bit but nothing to worry about mainly the mirrors but still can tell what's what around you. And the motor is a high reving engine so at 75mph or above the engine may sound like it's over revving but it's not. This bike could use a 6th gear or slightly bigger sprocket to bring the rpms down but never bothered me enough to do it honestly lol The only thing I did on this bike was different mirrors and a saddleman solo seat. But when I got it, it had already cobra exhaust (I removed the baffles) and a power commander. Unfortunately my last video where I test road that harley LOWRIDER ST I actually traded my bike for it only because I plan on going long trips not saying this bike is NOT capable of doing it which has been done alot. But I honestly wanted an upgrade and going from 900cc to almost 2000cc was a difference and a nice upgrade for about the same weight. Plus I absolutely LOVED the wind protection and the style that had me in awe since they first came out. And was a nice Christmas gift to me I got for myself😂. The Vulcan is a bike I WILL buy again if I find it for the right price. I will want the 900 classic in black and white though. But for the money this bike is the most affordable, reliable, and easy to ride bikes and even practiced a lot of slow speed riding where those skills transferred over from my Vulcan to the Harley and everything to riding is the same great experience like they say 55mph is 55mph. So YES buy it. And if you ever have any questions feel free to message me man I'd be more than happy to help! Good Luck!
Ах-хуенный турер!!!
Nice bicke❤
i have a vulcan classic Lt 900 / 2009 great bike for beginners , and its my 1st bike as well it rides smooth and is comfy @70Mph or below had to change the seat to saddle-man but i need that 6th gear nice upload , stay safe
Yes I agree 💯 and yes I had a saddleman seat on it as well. I traded it for a Harley Lowrider ST a few days before Christmas as a present to me lol I'll still upload videos🤘 I also have a Yamaha warrior 1700 that I'm working on currently as well. It'll be some cool videos coming up! Like wise dude ride safely out there!✌️
more video please
Will do, just been working a lot and have been out of town because of work. Next weekend most likely I'll record some videos if I don't work that weekend. Thank you for requesting! Didn't think people would actually enjoy these videos 😂
I'm 6' 5. Would that be big enough or would it be a bit tight for me. Love the sound and the color by the way. Ride safe.
Thank you man it's a joy to ride! This bike might be good for you since the pegs are a bit more forward than the rest of the 900cc's in its class. I would advise stopping by a dealer that has 900 custom and see for yourself. I also replaced the seat with a saddlemen which set me an inch lower and slightly closer to the pegs which was perfect for me since I'm 5'11 and always felt I had to hunch a bit more forward then I would like, like a v-rod. But now I feel very comfortable. I've seen dudes that are 6'2 riding them without any complaints only a 6th gear but a slightly bigger overdrive gear will accommodate that. Hope this helps!
I'm 6'3 and I'm perfectly comfy on my 900
I bought one of these brand new when they first came out. Rode thousands of miles loaded down with camping gear. Everything from backroads to 4 lane highways. It was more than capable of maintaining whatever speed I needed. I think I did the drive sprocket one tooth eventually. But overall was an awesome bike. Really liked it.
How unfair is the audio? And if ya don't mind what cushion you using? I've debated a pillow a time or two lol
You mean how loud is it? It's pretty loud where you can hear me coming from about a block away and some areas 2 blocks🤣. That cushion I removed and installed a saddlemen solo seat. The cushion left me feeling like I was on top of the bike not in it.
Hey love the video... I also have a Vulcan and I'm wondering if you hear a slight knocking noise toward the front end when riding?
Hey thanks dude! Nice man they're great bikes! I don't have any front end suspension noise nor wobbles that I've noticed or felt BUT a while ago just before my first video the bike did have a LOUD ticking noise after a night of riding. And found it was my intake shim had miraculously came off and didn't drop in the motor lol. Adjusted all valves and replaced shims to be within specs and noise went away. THEN the clutch went out lol but it would slip only when hot and slow speed practicing. so I put the EBC kevlar clutch kit with upgraded springs, and now she's been great! The motor has a SLIGHT tick but Its mainly the timing drive components so I don't worry about it. I've learned if you can't feel or hear the abnormalities through your helmet (full face of course) then you are ok. Hope this helps by chance I know how this can be stressful at times.
@@AllGearsSteve thank you very helpful
I have a 2023 Vulcan 900 Classic and I hear a ticking noise towards the front end when riding. I’ve come to the conclusion that it must be the sound of the fuel injectors.
What type of exhaust do you have? Sounds good.
Thanks dude! It's a Cobra Speedster exhaust and have the baffles removed as well. Thank you for watching!
Nice sound what speed were you cruising at?
@@stevezander8650Thanks dude! The speed limit, 65 mph
@AllGearsSteve of course you were 😉
