The sounds are conch shells sounds, there is a plaque on the wall near the lighthouse door down the bottom explaining it. I quite like the eerieness especially when I am fixing on my own 😮

Oreet Earl the horns are are a reminder of the slave trade ,they have been put on both lighthouses with the permission of the harbour commissioners and council ,by an artist,/ historian from America bloody annoying that's what they are ,eith no sign of them getting removed ,probably another cash grabbing antics for the harbour commissioners

Not my kind of fishing I like the sea fishing, when I was a kid I done some carp and trout fishing in 3 different places in germany with my uncle and I didn’t keep an eye on the rod and it went flying into the lake my uncle went crazy at me and eventually the rod started surfacing around the lake he made me go swimming for the rod had a massive carp on the end don’t know what kind 🤣 good to see your doing well have a good Christmas

Great video Earl, minor correction on that the carp could not have self transferred in flood water as the top pond dam level is significantly above the bottom pond dam level. Therefore if we had a biblical flood, the fish would wash from top to bottom. Therefore potential for a king carp to be in the top pond is from a fish stockist getting a mix up at source although highly unlikely but a possibility.

Don't normally comment on UA-cam videos but I wish you all the best Earl . Thought I might have bumped into you on the ponds or the beaches/piers but our paths haven't crossed. I hope your treatment goes well and tight lines buddy 👍
