I can tell you for sure that Urbandale has one of the best fire departments that I have ever imagined. Not only do they do their jobs but their professionalism and kindness are above and beyond.

A lot to love! The library is my favorite, but I love the push for more bike paths & uplifting people in our community who need help the most. I will have to check out that report though, I'm really hoping to see more apartment style condos constructed in the near future. I currently rent here but I would love to make urbandale my permanent home! I just want something small like a one or two bed place, but there's not a lot of options like that currently available in town 😢

This is going to be a big waste of money. That mall needs tore down.

I would like to see much more housing, a Dart bus hub and more parks/ cycling in the area. it could really become a vibrant, walkable neighborhood.
