First take self test from printer and note printer current IP address. * If DHCP is showing ON , then do the following steps: Connect LAN cable to the printer, turn ON Printer, go to POS Machine /Laptop(that connected in the same network). Browse the printer IP in Chrome/ Edge. You will get printer IP settings page, Click on configuration, click on fixed IP. Turn OFF DHCP. You can give new IP or same IP showing there. Click set, click restart. Do the self test again, recheck IP and DHCP settings. Do the IP ping

@@sajtechysolutions6657 Hi, i did the self test and i found the ip of the printer and i change my laptop ip as same to the same network of the printer ip. I try to ping the printer , it is pinging fine. But when i try to search the ip in the chrome browser, no result found coming.

Yes, you need to calibrate whenever you change to different size stickers. You can roll it back, but still 2-5 sticker will waste depends on the sticler size.

Go to Control pannel > devices and printers > right click on zdesigner zd220 > printing preferences > there you can see darkness adjust option. Don't put maximum darkness, it will damage printer head.

Can you explain little more about custom fonts that using. Any specific language you want to print? Normal case if your software using printer windows driver, the driver will take care fonts.

First check your network IP range, then printer IP. if both are different, then change printer IP to the range of your network.

From the printer self test you can see the IP, it is in the video on starting section

If your tablet/wireless device is connected in the same router that connects the printer, then it will work. But some cases its depends on the software that you are using for the printer.

Set the correct sticker size in printing preferences option of installed printer(under Control Panel > devices and printer) Select direct thermal or thermal transfer option depends on ribbon use. Also please check sensor postion.
