I have the Big Cargo Drawer for the 2 Door JK. For the price, it was a great purchase and i'm loving the setup for camping and storage but I did have some issues. Mine came a little banged up from UPS. I have a few spots that were cracked and busted. I also had some issues with the pre-assembled drawer. There was several brad nails that weren't correctly set so they were protruding out in some areas. I did have to spend some time repairing it on my own and also removing and correcting some of the nails. I did contact Wheels & Feels and it took a few tries and multiple days before they were able to offer some help. In the end, I got taken care of and have a sweet drawer setup. If you're someone who's handy and doesn't mind fixing a few areas in case it comes the same way, then I would recommend these drawers.

Really like this idea! I loved the setup you made too, very ingenious. I'm glad the tailgate table can stay, as I use that a lot. Using the overhead space around the rollcage gives me new ideas. I can't quibble on their price, there's a lot of thought & work goes into something this nice. Great video!

A lowkey slept on (Ha) design is to get a super cheap rooftop hammock (one of the ones that's for use without the top on) and a pop up bug mesh. It works pretty well in fair weather.

Dino, I live in Arizona and it is sunny most of the year and hot in the summer. I was just looking at a DIY awning and found a design I liked on another channel. I went out and bought the parts. But while going back to look at the steps to assemble I found your DIY Awning. It is much better. I am going to return the parts, not the tarp because it is a really good one (not cheap) and buy parts for your design. I have not built it yet but I can think of three good reasons for building yours. One, all the parts are stored in a 4 inch tube. Two, It can easily be put on the Wrangler when I am going out. And three, It can easily be deployed and put away when I am out camping or running around in the desert. I can't wait to get started. PS I like the water tank aspect, too. I can see adding a short section of hose with a shower head to clean up. It will keep the water away from the back of the Jeep. Thank you so much for your Jeep ideas on your channel. I have been a subscriber for awhile now but somehow missed these episodes.

One more question. Tailgate table - room to clear?

If you extend the drawer, can you access the original Jeep cubby underneath? Also, what about a fridge in the rear. It would take away some of the sink options, but I guess it could work?

Great review as always Dino! I would fix magnets to the rear little side panels so you could slide long items in without dealing with the bedding. Spray with rattle can of bed liner, that'll handle lots of abuse. I think I would loose some of those puzzle pieces, lol. Missed you coming past on your way back from the north.

What if you want the rear seats removed? Do they have a set up for that? I need the storage space that removing the seats gives me.

Looks like a nice inexpensive option and a fair product review. Good callout on the head support pieces and the need to disassemble/re-assemble on each overnight stop. They should offer an optional platform that sits higher to allow more storage space for the traveler that prioritizes hidden storage and is willing to compromise on head room. Informative video and pleased to see this product being reviewed by your channel!

Dino, one more question. Did you think about getting the geometry correction. They AEV say it's not required but that it could benefit from it? As you know I tow with my Wrangler, so anything I can do to improve the ride and steering while also improving the aesthetics and a little better off-road performance is important to me.

At 8:35 it was mentioned that the decon soap was "higher on the ph level" and "more acidic". It can't be both. Higher on the ph scale would mean it's alkaline. Acid is lower on the ph scale.

Wow I just bought a 2018 jl wrangler two days ago used with only 48,000 miles paid cash for it too for 27000 and put a 3 year warranty on it,I've bought 3 brand new cars and a truck in the last 4 years and every car I bought new someone smashed into it causing great damage so I traded in on a new one and I have to put down payment only to get hit again,and again,so now I buy a use vehicle at a decent price and now this issue,always something....

Great video Dino. In about 4 months i'll be updgrading our wheels tires.. and probably a lift. I'd like to go with 35's, and I have a Sport-S. Would you still do the AEV lift today. I'm assuming I could run 35's with this lift.

These all look great, but the issue I would have is the rack capacity is 150 lbs., but the basket is 330lbs or 500 lbs max weight capacity from the Amazon listing. So the max weight you could put on top of your jeep would be somewhere in the neighborhood 120 lbs as the weight of the rack is 30.5 lbs. Seems like its not too efficient. Also, what kind of wind noise do you get from the installation?

FCA is dead, as it became Stellantis in 2021. Most folks buy a vehicle and only see the color, but do not comprehend that most of them have "orange peel" regardless of make. If given one of these new vehicles I have no issue in selling it and acquiring and old one for far less and put the rest of the change in my pocket.

Good stuff, Dino, I recently bought a 2007Jayco Baja tent trailer hoping to tow it with my 2020 4D Wrangler JL Sport V- 6. It Turns out, the tongue weight is 400 and 450 if I have the duel propane tanks in front on it (ouch), if I put the tanks on the rear bumper during towing the tongue weight is 348 (the manual max is 350) (ouch). The jeep weighed in with just me at 4640 (ouch) the trailer dry weight is 2375 (ouch) that's 7015 dry. The Jeep manual says the GCWR is 8117, so before I load anything I'm at 86%. If I add 300 to the jeep payload and 400 payload the trailer that's 7715 combined with is 95%. Question, if I ran a class 3 hitch for potential tongue excesses, am I still crazy to move forward to travel safely? thank You Joe joeydalla@outlook.com

Hi! I’m in the process of fixing the interior plywood of my window frames as well. Your video has been more helpful. Question: 1. Why use butyl tape and not silicone? 2. The interior of my trillium is a foam liner not fibreglass. Is yours the same? The foam liner covers the plywood. And I need to remove and replace the plywood. Thoughts?
