I installed a inverter to go from 12volts to 120volts for household items in our toy hauler. Instead of running new wires from the batteries (4- 6v Trojan t-105’s) in front, I landed the 12v inverter leads on the 12v converter leads as a source of power. And put the inverter under the converter in a soffit then cut and mounted the on/off switch and 120v outlet to the soffit panel.
