@NickBR57 thanks for the comment! I definitely need to check Foster's complete guide. I've been told that Day is notorious for injecting his own commentary into Tolkien's works with literary analysis of myths and legends. But they are very nice looking collector items nonetheless.

The booster boxes of the last three are basically impossible to get or extremely expensive. Starter decks are expensive too. Only The Hunters and Rise of Saruman had starter decks and those must be a pretty penny too :S

That is unreal!! Congrats. I still have to open the other box (Collector Boosters - Special Editions)...or not, the value is going up like mad!

@@The-LOTR-Gamer save it brother, don't open it!! Keep it as an investment, you can always open it later if you really want to or if prices tank. For all you know these could be 10k boxes in 10 years.

@Treayom I think you're right. As much as I want to open it...at this point, I pretty much have to hold it until it drops. But it could sky rocket even more. I should have bought more back in the Spring haha

Thanks!!! Those are the three that took me about a year to get my hands on. The value is going up due to the very limited supply too. Even for my full sets, I never bothered collecting much outside of the Movie block (well more specifically inside Sets 15, 17, and 18) due to the prices.

Yeah I might just try and make my 2nd RotK block deck from this box for the Deck Review video series I need to finish. I got the box for a fairly decent price - the double Cirdian and Shelob helped me come close to breaking even but I'm probably a bit short.

Relatively strong finish in the foils department :)

Sorry I missed this comment. It is a great game. Tough to get into the physical cards now cause product is scarce but not impossible. The FB group in the description is always selling. Or Gemp, also linked, is a super fun way to play the game :)

I think I am going to try for that - the Elves from this Set are pretty epic! With only using RotK block cards might be somewhat challenging though - we'll see I guess :) especially with no Elven Bows...cause elf archery is just a beast!

Ah. I vaguely remember that. Couldn't remember if they were promo event cards or something. Did that happen with any other rares in TTT?

@@The-LOTR-Gamer not in Two Towers or in the King sets, like this at least. The starters reverted back to normal for ROTK. There are a lot of alt image promos though for various Towers cards though

I had to cut sound due to the background music caused copyright issues. Cant open cards to epic Howard Shore music unfortunately :(

Most definitely! Two Towers is a great block to play in. The intro of horses was a fun game mechanic.

Also, Sam's Pack can be played on Frodo, so it won't clog your hand waiting on Sam to come out.

Also, Eomer's spear should definitely be in your Rohan side. It is an uncommon, so easy to get. That extra damage on Eomer, means with horse exertion and a win, he deals out 4 damage, which will kill most things, if not then the rider of rohan can help him take out a 5 vitality minion, which covers pretty much everything.
