What did you use to put the camo on your gun that looks so good I would like to do mine like that
@jameskearney5270 its a easy camo wrap you can buy on Amazon. Very inexpensive. No adhesive as well, so you can remove it at any time.
Good stuff, I get what you mean not wanting to spend alot just to mod. I'm actually buyin one but in tan to try out, with the intent of modding. I got the tan so I could rattle can it with multiple colors to help break up the suit and make it match my environment. Going to attempt to make it atleast a 3 season suit, fall, winter and spring. Think yours would be more effective too, if you hit it in random spots with some flat tan paint, to help break up the mass.
Appreciate the info.
What happens if you are not shooting perpendicular through the mesh?
Useless

I saw you the entire time
Why the heck is he shooting up his blind
Good video the music is bad can't understand what you saying

Just ordered one today, first year trying to film. Should be interesting.
Thanks! Have fun with it...I enjoy reviewing the footage from the hunt with family and friends (telling the story you experienced).
Ouch. Price must have went way up. Welcome to the overpriced world of mobile hunting.
Have this trolling motor for a single person kayak. Curious if you’ve been able to figure out how to raise or lower the trolling motor while on the water? Can’t reach the push button from the seat
Thanks for the vid. Needed to make a slight adjustment on mine as sometimes my arrow fletching was catching the rest before it fell away while others were not. The lines were off by about an 1/8”. Slight adjustment fixed her right up!
Price please
I just loaded it up to my site - Thanks for taking a look! diybowhunting.com/product/mobile-camera-pan-head/
Just stick a screwdriver in the cams
.177 or.22?
a little late but its 177 the red band on the butt means 177 a green one would be 22
Can kids use it
Is not suppressed at all. It’s a pellet gun…. It’s not loud anyways.
any way to get the files?
Title a video for HRV and not mention it….horrible.
What remote are you using for your camera?
I run the Sony AX53 camera with the Sony RM-VPR1 Remote.
Here's 34yr old me looking at potentially purchasing one because I'm broke af
It’s way better than sitting on the ground. Question about combining a ghillie suit and bow hunting. Any issues with wind blowing parts of the suit into the path of the bow string?
Great video mate
freakin brilliant!! What size amsteel did you use and what was your startling length on the rope? I want to build this exact setup please! Was that 9" burry for the locked brmmel end loop? Thank you! I'm thinking 3/16 would be enough or should I go with 1/4? Also where did you get the accessory hooks? Dan
I used 1/4" Amsteel (it's overkill), but 3/16 should work great. Locked Brummel for sure especially for linemans or tether. I sell the the hooks and bow hangers on my site. diybowhunting.com
Your review didn't include much information.
What tree hunting saddle do you have in the video?
You're setting it past 90 degrees.
Would be interested in a video of what all you carry in the bag.
You're not shooting supersonic ammo through it, therefore, you're not experiencing the "whisper." Also, damn, girl!
Please, reduce this video and talk instead of the music. You already have a frustrated customer trying to figure this out the music just makes it 10 worse. I appreciate you making this video. I love the arm... hate, hate, hate the OCB buckle. I would rather see a versa button style and may modify mine to accept that. It would be quick and easy. Thanks for letting me vent. Please consider the versa button or have it as an option. I did get this to work and gave you a thumbs up... but again please think about the versa button. Did I mention the versa button?...
I do appreciate the Feedback! I have made many with a versa button upon request, Send me an email and I would be happy to send you a versa button to add. The buckle and strap make this a more quiet version of a ratchet strap. Both get extremely tight - which is needed for the stability of the arm. Again thanks for the feedback!
@@DIYBowhunting I will send you an email about this. I still have your business card. I appreciate you offering to send me a versa button.
Hey I know I am a little late but does it use dovetails?
Yes, it has the standard scope mounts (dovetail)
I'm just learning archery at the ripe old age of, well, never mind. I bought a Prism about 7 months ago because it could be dialed-down to my physical ability while not being limited like the average youth bows. The sight that came with mine was junk (plastic) and broke on the first time I tried to adjust it, so I bought a new/better (metal) one that was still very affordable. Shooting the NASP discipline with a beginner class at the gun club I belong to, my best score so far has been 275/300 and I'm really enjoying the bow as a new/casual hobby.
I love my Garmin, tho I haven't learned how to sleep better after nearly a year. I have NEVER had a body battery in the 90s... My sleep score tends to bounce between poor & fair no matter what I do.
Don’t drink or eat before bed, allows the metabolism to dial down. Also make sure you get 8 hours. That ought to do it. Also if you’re in a noisy environment it might cause you to stir more in your sleep making the watch think you’re not getting proper rest
You changed up your strap. I just received my camera arm, which doesn't have the hook on the "tag" end. Should I loop the amsteel around that buckle end for the new strap design?
Yes! The amsteel loop should loop on the metal piece on the end of the strap. Email with any further questions from my site.
You know I was really wanting to know how loud it was.
I have one of these rifles and it's not very loud, especially out in the open. But in the forest, you can hear it and it's a little loud but not bad. It's a little bit louder than a Daisy 880. I squirrel hunted with a Daisy 880 for about 30 years and it was great, but this Gamo rifle is better, more consistent accuracy and a lot more power.
Your arrow rest needs to come down a little bit! Its shooting nock high in the videos
sorry but garmin sleep tracking is not accurate. I get around 14 min awake min per night which i know its not accurate. I compared it with series 9 apple watch and it showed me around 1 hr awake time.
What a great video!! I'm sold ill buy one
Go check them out here, they've been going like crazy! www.bootbandolier.com/products/saddle-savior-kit?pr_prod_strat=copurchase_transfer_learning&pr_rec_id=11465b6fb&pr_rec_pid=7965796073688&pr_ref_pid=8007878443224&pr_seq=uniform
It is quieter without the tape on the silencer.
And where the fuck do you see the actual HRV number. On my garment I can't find that I know they use it to calculate things like stress and body battery but where the fuck do they put the actual number.
Great video brother 👍 and great shooting young lady!
Any idea how to fix the scope? It fell apart on me after shooting and when I try putting it back together it doesn’t look right.
Interesting - this is something I would contact Gamo for. Seems odd it fell apart.
The scope that comes with it is completely generic junk. I highly recommend getting a real scope. You could find a nice one for 70-100$. It's a decent air rifle but the scope they threw together doesn't compliment anything. Even if you put it back together it will still continue to fail and fall apart. I think Gamo did put a guarantee on the things and you probably could get a new crappy scope from them if you really wanted.
Thinking about getting one of these to take care of my rabbit problem. I'm in the suburbs and people keep having animal control remove the coyotes and wouldn't you know it, now we have a huge rabbit infestation. They ruin EVERYTHING! And they poop literally everywhere so you can't even walk through your own yard. I am 100% new to this so there's one thing I don't understand. Do you need some kind of compressed air cartridge to shoot these? Or is the bending of the barrel filling up an air chamber for you to shoot?
No cartridge needed. Bending the barrel acts as a compressor and pumps or compresses air. Thanks for watching!
@@DIYBowhunting Awesome, I just may get one of these. @diybowhunting can I ask you another question? I assume based on your traffic, that this channel is monetized? Does hunting content affect monetization in any way? My channel is about yardwork but shooting these rabbits would be pretty on-topic since they are killing EVERYTHING that grows :/
@@YardworkWithJohn my channel is not monetized. I use it mainly as a tool to explain products for my website now. Reviews do get good traffic too. As for hunts, that's been an on going debate. I do know some who have had some impact, but cannot speak first hand. Good luck with the rabbits!
@@DIYBowhunting Gotcha! Thanks for the info. I wish I didn't have to spend the $160 in the first place, I wish the neighborhood foxes and coyotes would take care of my problem for me. Oh well.
That looks great.
Thanks!
Is there a pocket on it big enough to store a camera?
Currently the font packet is the largest and the arm will stick out. I switch back and forth either strapping the arm to the back (there is a strap to use) or using the front pouch with one end out.
I made a wooden bow holder to position my bow for when I use my bow master. I also made my own wooden draw board and string/cable jig. So Im self sufficent... I make my own strings/cables and I can tune my own setup.
