Kuch tips ko jarurat hai 1- physics padhte pahdte itna deep m chla jata hun uske baad brain m थकावट sa mehsoos hota jab tak neend nhi lun energy cover nhi hoti neend lene k baad energy recover hoti but time bahut chla jata hai sab kuch samjh aata but ek time baad brain kaam karna bnd kr deta 2- padhai 17hours ya 10 hours ki nhi agar time limit badh jaye to brain kaam karna bnd kr deta hai focus nhi bn pata 3 - thode time k liye neend lete hai tab uthne k baad headache shuru ho jata jab tak full neend n ho need solution to active brain power for 15 hours
