    Great video! Quick question, do you clip the foiled parchment paper or just hold it over between both hands? Can't see the sides of the paper well and not sure if clipping it and holding one end will cause a shock or not. Please advise, thanks.

    I have a question! :'D How well does this pretty DIY box work with larger grass? The dioramas I plan to create range from tabletop miniatures up to 50cm long/tall creatures in a realistic/natural environment, so using only small grass is not an option for me. And if longer grass doesn't stick up well or would require me to get as close as 12mm, it's not an option either. EDIT: Because my terrains will be at least a tiny bit uneven. Dirt mounds and such. ;v;

    • @Managable_Mayhem
      @Managable_Mayhem 5 місяців тому

      @AtlasLeather Many shaker applicators are too weak to make the longer grass stand, hence why I'm curious if this boy would be able to conquer that issue. Not sure if it simply depends on the voltage tho. Shakers usually have 9V.

    Your flocking box will be more powerful if you stick rubber feet on it. Else it is double earthing and losing charge through the bottom.

    Great method, looks like a better result (with regard to the grass standing up) than the hand held electric shock device, that drops the grass from above. Only suggestion I'd make is: try it using carpet tackifier instead of PVA, you end up with easy peal off, self adhesive tufts, that need no extra adhesive, and mold to the texture of whatever you are sticking them to (with a little prodding).

      Thank you. It takes an American Straight Needle hook. Needle and awl size would be dependent on what size thread you want to use. I have the manual and could investigate the cost of reproduction.

    So ... what was the point of drawing the random dots first? A pretty but pointless pattern? It would have actually been a better plan to space the holes so that the glue wiping motion would fill the holes most evenly. But whatever.

    Thank you very much for the video, I have a question about the ionizer, I get 1 red cable that is positive, 1 black cable that is negative and the other cable is white but it does not have copper wires at the end, it has as many cables as If they were made of very thin plastic, what should I do with this cable, cut it until the copper wires appear, I would appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you very much, have a nice day.

    Just a heads-up from a first-time plastic resin caster (Smooth Cast 320): if you live in a warm climate (the tropics), the cure is even faster. You have 2 minutes to mix and finish pouring. Next time i'll mix several small batches.

    Hi, Great video. But I have one question. How does the smooth cast 320 feel? Because I want to make high quality statues. So would you say it feels like plastic, or can you feel the quality? And I don’t know if you can answer the question, but is it easy to paint the mold? Like with airbrush or brushes. Or do you have to prepare it?
