I'm European and I think that this obsession with weight and appearance is very bad... Asian people are naturally slim, and Korean food is still much healthier than the food eaten in most European countries or in the US. But the most shocking thing to me was that in the kpop industry, even male idols are expexted to starve themselves and worry about their weight all the time... Why??? Even If Ni-Ki was 85 kg with muscles, females from 9 to 99 years old would go crazy over him. But they are always compared to other idols in their own group and other bands and get hate from faceless netizens for all kinds of stupid reasons... like J-Hope is ugly, they say...in fact, there is nothing wrong with him: he has one head, one nose, two eyes and two ears like most of us... and a comment like this is not only an insult to J-Hope but 2 billion people worldwide who are less fortunate with their looks. And you can imagine the hateful comments under the photo where the 2nd place on the list of the top most handsome men was for Henry Cavill and the first place was for RM ... He never asked to be on any of these lists, why does he need to be ashamed of or ridiculed for his appearance? And we live in a world where idols have to apologize for dating someone... where Jimin and Felix seriously think that they are overweight... this is insane. I hope that Ni-ki does not starve himself. If he has a skinny body type, intermittent fasting with one meal a day is definitely not recommended at his age. Who cares how much he weighs for his height? The important things is to stay healthy - physically and mentally...

im not rlly sure why everyone is so pressed about this, because as we can see from his older, pre-debut videos, he always was more on a skinny side and i think it comes to his metabolism, and just body individuality that he is that skinny i have an older sister who’s like 18, and she’s tall, almost 178 cm, sometimes she eats like an elephant, sometimes she wouldn’t eat at all, and that’s how its been almost since her birth and even though she might eat a lot, she is walking skin and bones however completely healthy and normal

I feel like he doesn't eat much because of their stressful schedule. Of course you will be hungrier depending on the type of workout you are doing, because your body need proper nourishment to build muscle and get your energy back. He shouldn't do anything too intense but at least lift some weights, no cardio. For his body type he burns enough in dance practices. As others said 60kg is underweight for his height. I worry about our maknae 🥺🙏

nah he is super underweight for a guy who is over 6ft tall...he should really focus on his health instead of dieting,and with the hectic schedules he should be eating more instead of eating less..i hope he maintains good health from now on..
