I bought a used car from a dealer and he sent my wrong surr name along with old logbook for new keeper logbook and I received one with wrong surr name, now will send it again to receive the one with correct sur name, do I need to write on seperate paper the reason as well? Why I am changing it etc ??? It says must have a reason for change so what should be the reason dealer wrong information? On a attached plane paper?

So i just just tried changing my name online but obviously you can only change the address, so i did that. But the address is still the same so will i receive a new v5 wit a different ref. number even tho it’s the same address? And i just sent off a Name change so will i need to register the vehicle again ?
