BUTTER GARLIC CHICKEN
Ingredients:
250 Grams Chicken Breast With Bone / चिकन ब्रैस्ट हड्डी सहित
Salt To Taste / नमक
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste / अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट
2 Teaspoons Dark Soya Sauce / डार्क सोया सॉस
1 Teaspoon Green Chilli Sauce / ग्रीन चिल्ली सॉस
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder / काली मिर्च का पाउडर
1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon Corn Flour / कॉर्न फ्लौर
1 Egg White / अंडे की सफेदी
2 Tablespoons + 1 Teaspoon Oil / तेल
1 Tablespoons Butter / बटर
12-15 Finely Chopped Cloves Of Garlic / लहसुन
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Coriander Stems / धनिया के डंठल
1/2 Finely Chopped Green Chilli / हरी मिर्च
1 Teaspoon White Vinegar / सफ़ेद सिरका
A Pinch Of Sugar / एक चुटकी शक्कर
1/2 Cup Water / पानी
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves / बारीक कटा हरा धनिया
Method:
In a bowl add the washed chicken. To it add salt, ginger-garlic paste, 1/4th teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, green chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon corn flour and egg white. Mix well. Add 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add the chicken pieces and fry on high flame till the turn golden brow. Remove and keep it aside. Heat butter and 1 teaspoon oil. add the chopped garlic, coriander stems and green chilli. Stir fry for 1 -2 minutes. Add the vinegar, sugar, 1/4th teaspoon black pepper powder and soya sauce and mix. Add water and bring to a boil. Mix 1 teaspoon corn flour with some water to make a slurry. Add to the gravy and mix. When the gravy turns slightly thick, add the chicken pieces and mix. Cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Once the gravy turns dry, add the chopped coriander and mix well. BUTTER GARLIC CHICKEN is ready!!! Serve hot. Enjoy!
